Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Terrassentüren zu einem großen Balkon führt, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer) Große Schränke und Stauschränke so geeignet für eine Familie von 4, 2 Paare oder eine kleine gouup der Golfer oder Tennisspieler. Es hat die volle Klimaanlage / Heizung, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, sichere Wi-Fi, TV, DVD / CD-Player und Sie sollten alle inländischen Verbrauchsmaterialien finden Sie brauchen wir fragen nur, dass Sie irgendetwas ersetzen Sie fertig sind.
Es befindet sich in Bellaluz Dorf, das 260 low rise Wohnungen und Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants umfasst. Es ist auf der ersten Etage nur entfernt vom Hauptplatz mit einem unter Geschenkeladen. Es hat keine Wohnung über so Decken steigen in das Dach ein luftiges Gefühl in den Raum zu geben.
Die Gemeinde verfügt über einen eigenen großen solarbeheizten Pool, die über 100mtrs von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Am Pool gibt es Kinderspielplatz. Bettwäsche / Handtücher werden gestellt und wöchentlich gewechselt. Für eine Woche Dienst eine wöchentliche Reinigung im Stich gelassen über vorgesehen. Strandtücher bereitgestellt werden.


Als Resident finden Sie im Club zu 50% Rabatt auf alle Sportanlagen berechtigt. Zusätzlich zu den drei Golfplätzen gibt es ein Tenniszentrum mit 20 Plätze, eine Boccia-Bahn, Squash-Courts und Pétanque. Es ist ein voll ausgestattetes Wellnessbereich mit Fitnessraum und Gesundheits- und Fitnesscenter. Schließlich but not least gibt es ein Fußballzentrum mit 8 Stellplätze, die hauptsächlich von skandinavischen Teams im Winter verwendet werden, aber während der Schulferien Akademien sind für den Fußball, Cricket und Rugby laufen. Akademien sind auch für Golf und Tennis in ihren Zentren laufen.
Wenn Sie beabsichtigen, Golf zu spielen, sollten Sie Ihr Handicap Zertifikat nehmen und Sie sollten Abschlagzeiten im Voraus buchen, da die Kurse sehr beschäftigt an den populären Zeiten zu bekommen. Great Location

Had such an amazing experience dealing with the owner of this property so thoughtful and very comprehensive information provided. Extremely helpful personal approach to his listing. Would stay here again if when we are in this part of the world. Handy to plaza, right downstairs bar and restaurants, close to pool. Walking distance to supermarket which is well stocked, other restaurants and bars. Us Aussies enjoyed our stay

Lovely family holiday

Communication with Phil was brilliant, I was kept informed all the time. Apartment is a good size and very clean. The only issue we had in the apartment was with the toilet. We couldn’t flush it properly all the time. The location is good but being so close to the square it was very noisy at night. This didn’t stop us having a lovely holiday though.

We thank Maria for her review and we note her comments. We are not sure what her problem was with the toilet and assume it was not too big as she did not report it during her stay. On seeing her comment this morning we immediately contacted our management company who within an hour had a plumber check it but found it working perfectly. Our management company are very good and we tell all our guests how to contact them to solve any problem or they can contact us and we will arrange it. As far as the noise is concerned we appreciate that we are near to but not on the square. The community has strict guidelines and music must stop at midnight and last year installed a new inward facing loudspeaker system which meets recently introduced Spanish noise control regulations. This stops individual outlets using their own competing systems. We do however accept that as a holiday destination some people do want to stay out late at night enjoying themselves and do not realise that their enjoyment can upset others. We would welcome Maria and her family back to the apartment as over 50% of our guests are returnees.

Excellent property

Before I booked the property I had some questions which the owner , Phil, answered promptly. A couple of weeks before arrival Phil sent me a information pack which explained everything I needed to know about the apartment, directions, etc. Once I arrived, everything was just as described. The apartment is very clean and modern throughout and has everything you need. Everything worked without issues. If you plan to play golf, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the golf club. There are plenty of good eating/drinking places around the resort. Although I came on my own, the apartment can easily accomodate 4 adults. All in all an excellent experience and I would book again.

comfortable and clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all amenities, making it perfect for myself and 2 teenagers,. We found everything we needed just a short walk away, from shops and restaurants .(However because of its location it may not suit those that like to go to bed early.) The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of clean towels and fresh linen provided, which was much appreciated. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into ensuring the space was welcoming and comfortable. The host was absolutely brilliant—friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. Nothing was too much trouble, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we would love to return in the future.

Good apartment …. BUT take ear plugs!!!

The apartment is very clean. It has everything in it that you would need. The balcony is small, 4 people could not eat round the table. Bathroom is good, loads of hot water. Bedrooms a good size and lots of storage. Living room is rather cramped but is adequate. Air con in main bedroom and lounge were good but second bedroom didn’t work….our son sweltered. HOWEVER…..the bedrooms are located right above the main Plaza and at night time is really noisy. Loud music is played beyond 1 am every night from ‘The Scotsman’ bar. Don’t expect to get much sleep in peak months as it’s very noisy. The owner is very diligent. Nothing is too much bother. Great communication from start to finish, especially over the noise issues from the Plaza… Swimming pool is great size, it gets busy from 11 am onwards in peak season but opens at 8am and closes at 10pm so good if you like to swim. La Manga tennis is under new management since Covid and has done away sports rights discount. It’s a flat rate and expensive!!!! Be aware! Lots of facilities like the crazy golf, swimming pool by the tennis club and pitch and putt have not re-opened..a shame as it lets the area down.

We thank Diana for her comments which we take on board. We are pleased that she remarked on its cleanliness, that it has everything needed and our communication skills are good. She had numerous questions before her arrival and all were answered. We are disappointed that she found the living area cramped and especially the balcony too small for four people to eat on. We extended it some years ago and now it is one of the largest in Bellaluz and in over twenty years since then nobody has commented on it being small. The air conditioning we accept was a problem in the smaller bedroom. It worked perfectly well for previous guests but things do develop faults. We attempted to have it fixed during her stay but it needed a new printed circuit board which was not available in time so decided to replace the whole unit which could not be done before she left. A new one has now been installed and our management company provided a fan for the room which was all we could do. She fails to mention that she was offered a refund which she refused. We always attempt to provide a good service and if we fail try to make recompense. The noise from The Scotsman is a problem, since Bellaluz was built it has had six different owners and the current one is the only one who has given us problems in refusing to obey the licensing from Cartagena as well as the Bellaluz by laws. These state that music must cease at midnight. It is unacceptable in a family oriented environment to flaunt this rule and we have taken it up with th Bellaluz president. Although too late for this summer we will not let the matter rest and are confident it will be solved before next year. We regret we can do nothing about the charges for use of the sports facilities.

Great place

Homely apartment very close to the main square with shop and restaurants . The furnishings were a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Great to have access to the gated pool and car park close to the apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for everyone.

An apartment is in a best location ever! Everything you need is in a walking distance. Being in very close distance to main square means you can enjoy evening entertainment, but it’s not too loud if you want to escape. My family had one of the best holidays. Kids loved swimming pool and snorkelling. The owner is very helpful and we received lots of advice and support from him. We already plan to book our next holiday in Bellaluz.

Great location and flat is lovely.

The flat is in a great location and you can easily access all parts of La Manga site and it has the buzzing Bellaluz square which has a great atmosphere during the day and evening. My teenage children loved the freedom to be out by themselves but in a safe environment. We will be back again. The flat is really lovely and very well equipped - thank you for letting us share your home.

Spotless and all the facilities you need for a fab holiday

Lovely break in sunny La Manga. The property is perfectly positioned to explore the Mar Menor, La Manga strip, Cartagena and more. A car is recommended but not vital. Very easy car hire and driving in the area Supermarket shops and bars within walking distance as is communal pool with bar Beach requires a car but worth the effort

Excellent Accomodation and Location

Great location next to Bellaluz Square. Convenience store, restaurant and pubs within 100 yards of apartment in the square. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and comfortable apartment. Philip (owner) even popped round to see us on 1st day to ensure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We have recently spent a fantastic week with our two young children in this apartment. The location is great, just off the main square in Bellaluz and a two minute walk to the pool. The apartment is exceptionally well maintained and pristinely clean. It contains everything you could possibly need including large fridge freezer, washing machine, free wifi, large selection of satellite channels and plenty of wardrobe space. The owners were very accessible and friendly and happy to answer any question.

Well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment just off the main square in Bellaluz. As the apartment had previously been a family home for the owners, it comes very well equipped with air conditioning in each room, a full TV package including Sky Sports, a kitchen with all the mod cons and many family games. When we return to Bellaluz, we will definitely try to book this apartment.

Homely, comfortable and excellent location

Ideal location with nice views and next to Bellaluz square. Not far to the swimming pool. Good facilities and comfortable as described. Clean apartment and cozy. The owner provided a very good customer service to make our stay welcome and comfortable. You definitely need a car to explore outside La Manga. The only fault was the leaky shower which the owner is now aware of and can be easily fixed. We really enjoyed our stay.
