House Rules:
- We live onsite so are happy to help you with recommendations and help you settle in but you will also have your privacy.

- The pool is a large outdoor pool, but not heated (average 20 degrees) It is generally available from June until end September. Pool hours are between 10am and 4pm and by arrangement. The pool is shared with us.

- Pets are allowed at the property but prior permission must be required and fees apply. Max 2 dogs and dogs must be kept on a lead and not left in the property. A £25 fee per dog is charged for each stay.

- Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free on-site parking facilities available at the property.
