32 Trevithick is a contemporary lodge on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park in Hayle. The property has three bedrooms - a king-size double, twin and a triple room with bunk beds and a single - sleeping seven guests, with a maximum of six adults. The property also consists of a family bathroom, a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area with electric fore. Outside there is off-road parking, a front patio with furniture and a rear patio with picnic benches, as well as use of on-site facilities, including an indoor and outdoor pool. 32 Trevithick is a lovely, tranquil retreat close to the beaches of St Ives Bay.
Amenities: Electric heating with ground-floor underfloor heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, flatscreen TV and WiFi (rural speed). Travel cot and stair gate also provided. Fuel and power included in the rental. Bed linen and towels included in the rental. Off-road parking. Patio garden with glass table and chairs. Additional patio area at the rear with picnic benches. Shared use of on-site facilities, including an indoor pool tennis court squash court and children’s play area. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Shop restaurant and bar on-site. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of six adults. Please note the on site facilities require additional charges via a pass purchased from Reception upon arrival - cost of which is redeemable back from the property owner after purchase.
