Willkommen in unserem Stadtdomizil am Strand - Seaglass - ein tropisches Paradies! Wir sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, mit einem wunderschönen und privaten Pool, den Sie ebenfalls genießen können. Bequemer geht es im Strandurlaub nicht. Seaglass ist eine Endeinheit Townhome, und es ist geräumig und privat! Der untere Bereich verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, einen brandneuen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-Smart-TV, einen geräumigen Essbereich, eine hohe Bar für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten, eine halbe Badewanne und eine Küche mit allem, was Sie für eine angenehme Mahlzeit benötigen deine Ferien.
Die oberste Etage des Stadthauses verfügt über neu installierte Holzböden und verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit einem Flachbild-TV) und 2 Vollbäder. Der Meister hat einen Balkon mit Schiebetür und blickt auf den schönen Rasen- und Poolbereich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, ein Doppelbett, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Verdunkelungsvorhang, damit Sie eine gute Nachtruhe genießen können. Kostenloses Internet / WIFI steht für das Stadthaus zur Verfügung.
Auf der Rückseite des Stadthauses gibt es eine Veranda mit einem Tisch und Stühlen und einem Holzkohlegrill, der perfekt ist, um die Meeresbrise zu genießen, einen Burger zu grillen und ein erfrischendes Getränk zu genießen. Der Komplex verfügt über einen großen Rasenbereich mit einem wunderschönen nierenförmigen Pool mit eigenem Badezimmer. Der eingezäunte und abgelegene tropische Garten ist ideal für Frisbee, Fußball oder ein Fußballspiel.
Sie können die Lage dieses Stadthauses oder die Privatsphäre, die unser Stadthaus bietet, einfach nicht schlagen, da es die einzige Endeinheit ist! Es ist ein einfacher Spaziergang zum Strand über eine 3-Wege-Haltestelle. Es gibt auch einen schönen Jogging / Walking / Fahrradweg entlang des Strandes, ideal für einen Spaziergang am Morgen und Abend zu den örtlichen Eisdielen oder Cafés. Pompano Joes Restaurant ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, wo Sie ein erfrischendes Getränk oder Austern und Shrimps genießen können, während Sie am schönen Golfwasser speisen! Eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt sind alle Arten von Spaß Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen - Golfplätze, Minigolf, Karten, Silver Sands / Sandestin Outlet-Mall, Hochseefischen, Wasserparks, Jet-Ski und Parasailing. Unser Stadthaus verfügt über 2 reservierte Parkplätze direkt vor dem Stadthaus, was den Zutritt zum Stadthaus leicht macht!
** In den Sommermonaten (Juni und Juli) können wir nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermieten.

Best Girls Trip!

The townhome was beautiful! Very spacious and clean. Loved the Keurig!!!!! The host was amazing at getting back with me quickly on a few questions I had. Area was very quiet and family friendly. Another plus… seconds from Shopping and the beach! Will definitely recommend and be back ourselves!!

Property was a bit tired looking. Location was great. Pet Friendly was misleading as they showed a beautiful patch of grass behind the townhome, but left out the fact that the HOA allows no pets on the grounds. That sign did not show up on any of the pictures. If I had seen that, I would have not rented this property.

We’re disappointed by this review, especially since the guest failed to disclose bringing a pet, which is clearly against our house rules without prior approval. Had we been informed, we could have clarified pet policies and HOA rules in advance. Unfortunately, after checkout, our cleaning team reported a strong odor of pet urine throughout the townhouse, which required special additional cleaning and cost. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming home for all guests and are transparent about property features and HOA restrictions. Our listing accurately reflects the home and we encourage all guests to communicate honestly to ensure the best possible stay.

Peaceful getaway

If you’re just looking for a little peaceful place to stay that is close to local restaurants and events, this is the place for you! We rented this townhouse apartment for my daughter’s 16th birthday was perfect near all the restaurants we wanted to visit in the beach was amazing. Just a walk across the street. House was tidy everything in good condition as promised.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as advertised. Such a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and centrally located to everything including Alvin's Island which is right next door for all your beach gear and necessities. We greatly enjoyed our stay there and will be back if available. Dan was super responsive and answered all questions we had. This was a much needed vacation for my family and we had the most wonderful time!

This property has great, quickly responsive managers. We did come across 1 large cockroach & a heavy mirror that wasn’t secured to the wall in the master bedroom. The backyard & pool are great, but this property is in need of some updates. The dishwasher is barely hanging on & the shelves in the cabinets are slanting.

Loved the location, very close to beach

We loved our stay. Location just as described, across the street from beach,3/4 min walk. Townhouse was just as described. We did have an issue with the coin based washer/dryer being non existent during our stay, but Dan did not know of the change being made with the machines and accommodated us as best as he could. Also when I let him know the coffee pot was broken he had one delivered via Amazon the very next day. The units were built in the 80’s so bring multiple outlet plug ins and extension cords if you have a lot of electronics to charge. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful too!

It was ok for a last minute pick

Well during the first day we realized the floors left our feet black if we walked barefoot so we swept and mopped made it better but not great kinda disappointed, the location was ok not the best they give you a gate code for beach access but it doesn’t work on any gates near the townhome we where told to use the free access down the road when we asked the owners about it didn’t even address that the code didn’t work so that was miss leading bc it was a pretty far walk in the heat with a toddler to the free access to the beach, there are several small things like the vanity in the downstairs bathroom needs some minor maintenance work the trim wasn’t attached just laying in the floor next to the vanity towels had odd stains the bedding had tears in it we just slept on top of it didn’t use it at all, master bedroom the over head light didn’t work there was a large crack in an outlet made me nervous about my toddler touching it by accident!!! Just was an ok stay, the highlight was the pool it was very nice and well maintained!!!!

Very disappointed and deseving!

No grill, called Dan a few days before we arrived he stated that there is no grill and he will make sure there would be one there the day we arrived. I texted him letting him know it didn't get delivered he then started he didn't forget about us. He never even ordered one!! Says it's Dog friendly Not! I got charged for cleaning service and after we arrived they had departure instructions stating that we had to leave the unit the way it is when we arrived. I have my own cleaning service at home. I'm not going to clean before I leave! If this was in the rules I would have never booked with them! The floors made our socks and bare

Wonderful Condo

What a fabulous condo! While the condo is not on the beach nor does it have a beach view, the location was perfect. It took us about 90 seconds to stroll to the private beach. Whenever we left the beach, we would stop to rinse off the sand and salt water at the public shower in front of Alvin’s Island (another bonus!) Parking was easy because there are two dedicated spots right at the front door step. The condo was very clean (not a bug in sight) and well stocked—we only had to buy groceries. Anything you could possibly need is already there! The a/c worked great—just make sure you know how to use the Nest thermostat. (The owners do not control the thermostat—if you’re hot, it’s user error.) The bed in the master bedroom was a dream to sleep on—no tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. The common area in the backyard with the swimming pool was very peaceful—we spent early mornings and evenings on the back porch. One of the reasons we rented here was due to the owners’ flexibility—we needed the condo for 8 nights, not just 7 nights like most places. We did have a small issue with the shower head in the upstairs hall bathroom, but we let the owners know that a screw was cracked and needed to be replaced to keep the shower head from accidentally falling off. We would like to return here in the future.

Not happy

The location was wonderful. The property was not very clean. No hot water at the kitchen sinks. Shower head was broken in the hall bath upstairs. Floors were not swept. Master bathroom tub was not clean. I had to clean it before we used it. Very upset that we had to cancel 1 night of stay so the rate was increased per night so I still paid same amount of money. Gave plenty of notice for the cancellation

I want to reach out and apologize for the experience you had at our vacation home. This is not typical of us and can assure you it wouldn't happen again. Both the kitchen faucet and shower head were replaced prior to Greg's arrival and we had not posted the new instructions on how to use them. As for the complaint about the dirt, our cleaning team works very hard to clean the unit and have it ready for the guest. Unfortunately, the guest arrived early and put pressure on the cleaning crew to finish quickly in order to check in early. Very Clean condo but noisy neighbors

The condo was very clean, check-in was great. Location to the beach was excellent. However, the noise of some of the guests will prevent us from returning. They were so loud both in front and around the pool and backyard area, it was difficult to even have a conversation inside the condo. Adults were standing directly outside our front door shouting way up into the morning hours. They left trash all over the place. It was pretty disgusting.

We are very sorry to hear about this issue during your short stay and we wish that we were immediately informed of the noise problem. The HOA has noise rule limits and so does the county especially after 10 pm. One phone call to us from you would have prevented the noise immediately especially during this Covid time where gatherings are still under control. Please contact us and we can work something out to your satisfaction because we do want you to come back and we do care. Thank you. .

destin dissapointment

the property itself was a very tidy and clean space.it is not on the beach and does not have views of the ocean.it does have views of a grassy yard and pool,but then you have fences and buildings all around you.maybe at one time it did have a view of the ocean but it has been ruined by condos after condo built in front of the property.it was also advertised as having Netflix included but the tv's were limited to streaming service either Roku or Amazon Fire stick and internet service went out on Wednesday and was still out when we left early Saturday morning,which made it very difficult to do any music listening or movie watching beside the fact that there was no cable connection so no live news or tv programs were available.maybe i shouldn't be so dependent on t.v. but i cant take too much sun and tried to stay inside.

Nice townhome close to beach.

This is a nice, clean and updated townhome that is a very short walk to the beach. Sits behind a row of townhomes that face the road and the parking lot is not a thruway so the only car/foot traffic you see is other residents in the complex. Home is well stocked with necessities (TP, etc). and the owners are very responsive to inquiries, responding same day if not within a few minutes. I too saw the issue with the nest thermostat. You just have to learn the nest and edit the daily schedules. I was fine after first night. Would definitely book again!

We absolutely love this area, and spent a lot of time with our 4 children here. When the time was right, we decided to make a purchase in the area. The beach, the pool and the spacious townhome add up to a relaxing and beautiful vacation.

Summerhouse is a great complex. After falling in love with the area, we decided to purchase here. It has a great grassy yard, a tropical secluded pool which both allow a lot of extra space to spread out. It is a small community of only 29 townhomes, and we love the quaint atmosphere and the amenities offered. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus- we always hate to leave!

Reserved parking just outside the townhome as well as privacy are additional benefits. We are the end unit, so there is lots of privacy here that the other townhomes don't have.
