Welcome to my lovely and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in the city centre. If you are looking for a special place to stay in Barcelona - you will love this apartment. In the city centre with incredible transport link, you could not be better located!
Guest access
When you stay in this beautiful luxury unit, you have access to everything. The unit is rented out to one family at a time, so you have ultimate privacy and space. Your host will be happy to meet you upon arrival and give you all the information you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Business travelers can pop open their laptops, connect to the speedy WiFi, and keep connected with customers, clients, family, and friends back home. Families traveling with young children will have access to a baby crib, just let us know of this need beforehand so we can have it set up for you!
Guest interaction
You can contact us for any reason, from restaurant recommendations to how to use the washing machine. You will also meet one of us in person during your check-in where we will show you around and give you the keys.
Other things to note
The apartment has a lift, but it is extremely important to always close this properly when used! When doors are remained open, the elevator won’t move between the floors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.
Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.
