This fabulous spacious villa with private pool is located on the outskirts of the well-known family resort of Coral Bay and within 8-10 minutes’ walk of the sandy beach and local amenities. Approached from a long-gated driveway the villa offers a real sense of space and privacy due to its extensive mature gardens.

Next to this villa (30 meters away) there is another one villa of 3 bedrooms.

Outside: are the private swimming pool with the terrace, the BBQ, the large furnished dining area offering shade under the pergola, the large gardens with orange and lemon trees and the covered parking place.

The villa is arrange in 2 levels:

-Downstairs are the sitting and dining area, the kitchen and 2 twin bedrooms with a separate shower room. In this level is a fitness room with a variety of fitness equipment.

-Upper floor are remaining 3 double bedrooms: the master bedroom en-suite with corner bath and a private balcony, an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with en-suite shower room. The last 2 bedrooms share a balcony with views of the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea.

The bedrooms and fitness room are equipped with air-conditioning which can be used for either cooling or heating (cost included in the rental prices). The villa also provides air con in the sitting area charge extra EURO 10 per day/payable locally

A table tennis table and WIFI are available.
