Villa Regina Rossa presents two semi-detached accommodations - a larger 3-level residence with 5 bedrooms and an adjoining smaller 2-level one with 3 bedrooms. Secluded atop a low hill amid a 7-acre olive grove, it gazes over the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains on Corfu’s northern coast, just 1.5 km from the beach and resort of Roda. Nestled just outside a quaint Corfiot village with an excellent traditional taverna, 450 meters away and close to Acharavi (2.5 km), Sidari (12 km) and Kassiopi (15 km), the villa comfortably accommodates up to 15+1 guests. With its bedrooms arranged across different levels - many opening to private balconies - this high-quality villa has been meticulously crafted with a keen eye for detail, offering both shared spaces for connection and serene corners for privacy.

- Exterior Features -

The moment you arrive, the villa’s enchanting outdoor spaces on the 2nd level unfold before you. A stunning 60 sq m heated infinity pool - with both shallow and deep sections. The stone-paved terrace surrounding it is complete with shaded sun loungers, inviting you to unwind and soak in the serenity. You will also find a ping-pong table and a BBQ area, perfect for memorable outdoor cooking experiences. A spacious dining area conveniently located by the main kitchen, along with a cozy outdoor lounge just outside the living room, provides ideal spots to take in the breathtaking sea views - an idyllic setting for gatherings, from family reunions to holidays shared among friends.

- Second Level (main entrances & pool level) -

As you step into the villa’s 2nd and main level, a world of indoor elegance unfolds. Here, you will find a uniquely designed and highly functional kitchen, a charming dining area, a spacious, light-filled living room with a refined, welcoming ambience, and a convenient WC. In the adjoining house, there is a secondary kitchen and living area, complemented by a smaller dining space. This level also features two bedrooms - one double and one twin - sharing a beautifully appointed bathroom and a cozy veranda offering elevated sea and mountain views.

- First Level -

Moving downstairs to the first level of the main residence, a short hallway leads to a cozy suite featuring a pass-through layout with a twin and a double bedroom that share an impeccable bathroom with a bathtub. The suite opens onto a furnished balcony with easy access to the pool, creating a comfortable and private space ideal for families or friends. Along the same hallway, you’ll also find a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience. On this level, in the adjoining house, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-only bathroom, offering total privacy and a large balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for relaxing outdoors.

- Third Level -

Finally, moving upstairs from the living room of the main house, you enter another private retreat within the villa. Here, the master bedroom awaits - complete with two private balconies overlooking the sea and pool, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite shower-only bathroom. This level also features two additional bedrooms, one double and one single, with the option to add a foldable bed for a 16th guest. They share a bathroom with a bathtub and a large furnished balcony offering elevated panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

You will have the entire villa to yourselves, with full and private access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including the heated infinity pool if you opt for it, BBQ area, and furnished terraces. Private on-site parking is available within the property grounds. No shared spaces - everything is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
