Das Hotel liegt in der favorisierten Nordostküste von Korfu Koutsounada House ist ein elegantes und modernes Hotel im Stil Korfus gebaut. Eingebettet inmitten von Olivenbäumen in ruhigen Gelände auf einem Acker erstreckt es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut für den Innen- und Außenwohn ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große 6m x 12m Pool, einen Grill und Essen im Freien Raum und andere Outdoor-Sitzplätzen. Nur 300 Meter hinter dem herrlichen weißen Sichel des Avlaki Strand dieses charmante Haus wird sich an Familien für Abgeschiedenheit mit Aktivitäten für die mehr Energie vor der Haustür an. Der Strand ist herrlich unberührte und hat zwei ausgezeichnete Tavernen (mit kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang), Windsurfen, Jollensegeln und Bootsverleih; Reiten ist ebenfalls in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Das malerische Dorf Agios Stefanos ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, ebenso wie die Hafenstadt Kassiopi mit seinen Geschäften, Bars und dem pulsierenden Nachtleben. Amazing location and the villa is beautiful

We have lucked out on this beautiful Villa in Avlaki. Not only was it beautifully clean it is situated in an amazing quiet location yet only 200mtrs to the beach in the bay of Avlaki, with its crystal clear water.

We are a group of 6 female friends and rented this delightful villa for one week. it was a wonderful experience. The building is excellently furnished, with great art work , and the kitchen is well equipped. The beach below is gorgeous and the views across to Albania stunning. Fabulous pool surrounded by olive trees. Shopping was more difficult because we did not have a car. But we managed to walk to the shops and also to Kassiopi, and sometimes took taxis that were reasonably priced at 10 Euros

Excellent Villa in a Quiet Location

Excellent accommodation if you want a top quality villa in a quiet location. The 2 restaurants / tavernas next to the beach and 5 minutes stroll away are both excellent. If you have a car then this a great base from which to visit Northern Corfu but it is also fine to just kick back with friends.

This was our 10th consecutive family summer holiday on the beautiful North East coast of Corfu. We have used this villa for the last five of those visits since, put quite simply, it is fabulous in every way and highly recommended. As always, we loved the pool and the short walk to Avlaki bay, where you can swim in cool crystal clear water with not too many people to spoil the tranquility or eat and drink at one of two tavernas on the bay. We even found a great new restaurant this year, Lismari. Great setting, super food and excellent service and they picked us up from the villa and took us back free of charge, what’s not to like! Great owners, great helpful local team, give it a go……as long as is not not when we want to be there

Perfect family stay

This is a beautiful house and suited us - 6 adults - perfectly, though would work well for up to eight. We loved the pool and various spaces to sit outside, to eat, read or sunbathe, and made good use of the table-tennis and bbq. Perfectly situated for peace and calm, but an easy stroll to the beach for swimming, boat hire and excellent taverna.

Beautiful Villa in a great location

We loved the villa and the pool was beautiful. The villa is just a short walk to Avlaki beach and a great Taverna. The villa was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The managers were very attentive and it was kept really clean for the entirety of our stay. The area is beautiful with lots of towns to explore either by car or even better by boat.

Family Holiday 16 to

A very relaxing place to have a holiday. Very close to one of the nicest beaches, and the best taverna at the end the lane. The house is just lovely, great location, private, well designed, very comfortable with lots of shady garden areas and a fantastic pool. Wonderful Koutsounada

Our third visit to this wonderful villa on Avlaki bay. Everything was as good as previous visits which will ensure we come back many more times. Our grownup family for the first week and friends for the second is a winning combination. We visited our usual restaurants (Cavo barbera, Thomas’s, Nikolas, Kochili, and our brand new favourite, Kima in Kassiopi). Highly recommend.
