Die Eleni Luxury Villa befindet sich im Norden von Korfu in der ruhigen Region Almiros auf einem 4500 m² großen Grundstück in der Nähe des Ferienorts Acharavi und bietet Platz für große Gruppen / Familien, die ihren Urlaub in einer schönen und komfortablen Umgebung verbringen möchten. Unsere moderne Villa besteht aus zwei Ebenen mit einer Innentreppe. Die 260 m2 umfassen 5 Schlafzimmer, die insgesamt 10-12 Personen aufnehmen können. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen SAT-TV ausgestattet und 3 dieser Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit SAT-TV, eine Küche und einen Essbereich. Kostenloses WLAN ist im gesamten Gebäude verfügbar.
Die Villa hat auch ein Loft, das 2-3 Personen beherbergen kann. Es ist mit einer eigenen Küche und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Das Loft bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf einen wunderschönen Garten mit privatem Pool und Whirlpool.
Direkt neben dem Pool befindet sich die Grillterrasse mit einem Essbereich im Freien, wo Sie schöne Abende mit Freunden und der Familie organisieren und genießen können.
Die Umgebung des Pools ist ideal für alle Arten von Unterhaltungsaktivitäten oder zum Entspannen, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang und die wunderschöne, mit Olivenbäumen bewachsene Landschaft betrachten.
In einer Entfernung von 80 Metern befindet sich der einsame Sandstrand von Almyros. Das Dorf Acharavi ist nur 1,5 km entfernt, wo Sie speisen, in den örtlichen Geschäften einkaufen oder einfach nur Spaß haben können.

What an amazing place the villa is fantastic

Very good stay we really enjoyed it the villa is in a perfect location for everything the beach is close and the shops are a small walk away. Sofia was an excellent host and I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here it is fantastic!!!! There were eleven of us who stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do overall what an amazing holiday!!!

Brilliant

Host are kind and welcoming had a small buffet for us on arrival. They couldn’t do enough. The property is huge with fantastic outdoor areas with many games and facilities. And all just a few minutes drive from the village or a short walk to the beach and tavern highly recommend for a large group or family

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Hier hat alles von der ersten Minute an gestimmt. Die netten Wirtsleute haben uns empfangen, der Kühlschrank war mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Das Haus ist modern ausgerüstet (WLAN innen und außen, automatische Klima-/Heizungsanlage gekoppelt mit Fensteröffnung), die Räume großzügig gestaltet. Das Grundstück bietet insbesondere für Kinder viel Platz zum Toben, Fußballspielen. Auch ein Kletterhaus und eine Tischtennisplatte sind vorhanden. Neben dem Pool, der regelmäßig gewartet wurde, gibt es einen überdachten Grillplatz. Innerhalb der Woche kamen zweimal Reinigungskräfte, die auch die Handtücher getauscht haben. Das ganze Objekt ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Zum Meer sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg, im Ort gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Not impressed

Sofia arranged our transfer and was very good. When we arrived at the villa we were met by her sister. She could not wait to get out. She showed us very little not even how the TV worked. She said you have 5 room 2 downstairs and 3 on the first floor. We had to ask about the top floor and when she showed us the smell was so bad it could not be used this disappointed our 17yr old granddaughter who wanted that room. Plagued with tens of thousands of woodlice she did not send anyone till Friday to fumigate. our Daughter had to move upstairs as a result. We had a mega-storm and hail the size of golf balls that damaged the electrics. She told my son for him to contact an electrician Not acceptable. The welcome pack was Bread Milk Biscuits plenty of water NO Sugar or Butter We asked where we could get food she said a snack bar at the end. Closed at 3.30 this was 6.30 took us an hour to find and get back with food. A car is essential if you need to get shopping. Although the storm was not her fault she was very unwilling to help we had 3 storms while we were there and no air con for the last 3 days. Not what we expected we thought we had booked a 5 star not a 2star property. Due to lack of sleep, we were so tired when we left we did not have time to clean the kitchen for this we apologise.

Thank you for your time to write this review! You obviously did not know that due to Covid-19 the host must welcome guests in an open area. Nevertheless, I considered it will be right since you had small kids to guide you through all the area of the villa, inside and outside in case you wanted to ask me something. I wore my mask all the time, something you should have done and showed all the bedrooms, the loft, how the aircondition works etc. If you did not know how the TV work, you could just ask me or send me a message. I asked you if you wanted something else to inform you , I was there for you!!! I repeat that due to Covid-19 we should not leave food at the villa. Since you arrived relatively late and you had small children, I thought it will be appropriate to leave a few essential. Obviously you did not appreciate that either. Also I informed you about the taverns that exist in the area and not only the one in front of the beach that you mentioned. I also left you two phone numbers of taxi drivers in case you wanted to move. The storms during your stay obviously created some problems in the electricit, which were solved since the electrician came immediately. I think that the storms was mainly the reason that you did not have a good time!! Thank you! Matina!

Acharavi Corfu Villa

Amazing Villa. Great for families sharing, top floor works really well with teenagers. Villa is spotless and every room is lovely. The outside areas are comfortable and there is always some where in the shade. There are lovely Tavernas to eat out in about 10 minutes walk away and the local town of Acharavi is 5 minutes in the car and has a good supermarket. Sofia sent us a link which took us straight there in the hire car, and she couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you!

Fabulous stay at Villa Eleni

First of all I would like to thank Sofia the hostess with the mostest! The villa is breathtaking and has the luxuries of a hotel. However the thing that puts this villa above most is Sofia what a wonderful woman ❤️ She helped with everything from day trips to chefs coming to cook at the villa. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. That alone is enough to come back. Beach is so close as well as the local bars etc it’s a shame we had to come home 😭 Go and have a fabulous time Corfu is amazing! Can’t wait to go back 😍

Fantastic villa in a great location

This is a great villa with lovely hosts. Sofia and her husband cannot do enough for you and a welcome dinner on arrival was a very nice touch! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I found the air conditioning did struggle to keep some of the rooms cool enough to my liking but don’t let that put you off. It’s not a sauna in the villa or anything like that. The pool is lovely, outside is well kept and there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy! I would recommend this villa to any large family groups wanting a break away together.

Stunning location, luxurious villa, fantastic for families and Groups

Wow! What can you say it was just superb. A great Luxury Villa where you can really enjoy as a Family or Large Group. A fantastic springboard location wise for lots of wonderful and quaint villages filled with quality local restaurants,beaches and things to see. So close to the Beach and lots of wonderful walks filled with Tavernas and wonderful Flora. We can't praise this Villa enough and great Welcoming hosts in Sofia and Dimitris. Don't leave it too late to book this Villa as it will surely be in demand

Paradise

We have been hiring villas for over 10 years but this villa outdoes them all! There were 12 of us and there is so much space in the villa and the grounds. The location is perfect for the beach, bars and town with lots of restaurants. Perfect host and hostess! Fantastic BBQ. Did not want to come home!

Eleni Luxury Villa, Achavari

This truly is a luxury and spacious villa in a fantastic part of north Corfu. We received the perfect welcome from the lovely owners Sofia and Dimitrius. There is plenty to do at the villa and the surrounding area has a nice, shingley beach and lots of good bars in the village or on the beach front. It accommodated 12 of us easily with plenty of seating areas. Highly recommended. John, Liverpool

Amazing Villa, amazing owners

A Group of 14 of us had the privilege to be be the first guests to stay at Eleni Villa. I've never experienced such a warm welcome to a holiday. Sofia and her husband couldn't do more to help us throughout the stay. The rooms are all decorated to a high spec with excellent en suite facilities. It had everything - a great pool area, outdoor BBQ, table tennis, darts, air conditioning, an outdoor sound system and was spacious enough for 14 of us to have plenty of room. They helped us with local restaurant facilities, travel tips and were a phone call away if we needed anything. The beach is a few minutes walk away and is close to other great areas of Corfu such as Kassiopi. We were all very very happy to be the first to stay at this great Villa and expect to visit again when we can.

Great Villa in a lovely lovation

I stayed in the villa in May 2016 as part of a group of 14 people. Stamatis was very helpful whilst we were deciding to book the villa, answering all our questions quickly. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in and out early. The owners were so friendly and helpful and made our holiday so much more enjoyable by providing a really nice welcome and assistance throughout the holiday with restaurant bookings etc. The location was a 15m walk from acharavi along the beach which had nice restaurants and bars and a short drive to lots of coves/beaches and the pretty town of Kassopi. The villa itself was amazing really nice big rooms, kitchen/living room and a great outside space with a bbq and ping pong! Very clean and cleaners came twice in the week to make beds etc which was a nice touch. Great holiday. Lots of day trips in the area too, we rented a boat to explore the local beaches and also went to Corfu Town one day.
