Die Grünen 108 ist 2 Schlafzimmer / 2. 5 Badezimmer geräumiges aktualisiertes Stadthaus. IKing im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es befindet sich im vorderen Teil von The Greens (am nächsten zum Strand) mit herrlichem Golfblick und einfachem Zugang zum Strand. Das Tenniszentrum und das Golfclubhaus sind in der Nähe und Radwege führen direkt bis zum Eingang. Das große Achterdeck ist ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golfplatz, aber nahe genug zum Strand für Brisen. Die Grünen Eigentumswohnungen sind innerhalb Shipyard Plantation, eine private Wohn-und Resort-Community. Disappointed that the grill did not work which is the one necessary item I asked about before booking the unit. Notified the rental agency and they came to inspect a couple days later and confirmed it did not work. Said they would put an order in for a new one but did not receive while we were there. Very disappointing because extremely crowded in restaurants during peak time so we like to grill most days. Will not stay in a complex without a community grill again because individual units are not reliable.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had high hopes from reading previous reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the unit and especially the cooking utensils. The property location was perfect- a short walk to the beach and across from tennis courts, as we play tennis. Other than, these two things, I must say I was disappointed with the rental. The place was absolutely dark, dirty furniture and a kitchen made up of clutter. It absolutely disgusted me that people could rent out a unit where you had very few utensils. I put everything in the dishwasher to clean, reorganized the cabinets, and still couldn’t find decent utensils to use for cooking. This was probably one of the most disgusting units I stayed in. I’d be ashamed to actually collect rent for this place. The outlets in the bathroom were so outdated that the hair dryer cord wouldn’t stay in the socket. Absolutely disappointed!

As described. Perfect location and just like other 2 bd 2 bath condos we have rented at Shipyard. Back deck and family/dining furniture could use some updating, but suited us just fine. Front porch light wasn’t working which is rough at night when heading out.

Easy walk to beach, very clean. Furniture needs updating as well as the bathrooms. Needs better lighting, rooms are dark. Kitchen nice and well supplied. Heat/air conditioning in master bedroom is extremely loud.

Wonderful location in Shipyard

Perfect location in Shipyard. Walking distance to beach or quick bike ride. Unit was clean and everything in working order but it needs updates. It is an older unit so inside stairs are very narrow and countertops in bathrooms are lower than average. Understandably lighting and electrical units are older so the noises and brightness in bathrooms varied. Living room furniture could stand to be replaced for more comfortable chairs and sofa as well as mattress in master needs to be replaced. That said , this is a golf course unit and the beach access is wonderful which is why we booked here.

enjoyed our stay very much. Unit was clean and comfortable. washer and dryer were a plus. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary equipment. Good location to shops and restaurants. Short walk to beech. Loved the area so much were thinking of becoming snowbirds.

Great Location and Property

We've stayed at Shipyard many times and the Greens complex is one of the best in my opinion because of the close proximity to the beach access, golf and tennis. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities advertised. This is a quiet community and gated so we have always felt very safe. I would highly recommend!
