Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, schön renovierte Immobilie bietet ein Küstenmotiv und einen offenen Grundriss. Ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein automatisch aufblasbares Queensize-EZ-Bett machen dieses Haus für eine Familie mit 8 Personen bequem. Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und eine Keurig-Maschine verleihen dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Master Suite mit Vollbad, großer Familienspeisesaal mit Blick auf den Kanal. Genießen Sie beim Grillen eine Partie Maisloch oder Fisch auf dem Kanal. Vergessen Sie auch nicht Ihre Furbabies. Dieses Haus ist äußerst tierfreundlich. HINWEIS: Der Kanalbereich ist ein gemeinsam genutzter Bereich mit unserem anderen Standort - Einheit A (VRBO # 1077749). Benötigen Sie mehr Zimmer? This place was perfect for our family of 6. Location was fantastic, loved having the pool, lots of privacy… overall a wonderful stay and we would stay here again.

Wonderful location

The location was absolutely wonderful we rented the golf cart but honestly we would not have even needed it. Space was open, with plenty of room for our guests. Only downside was on our last day the housekeeping was there at 8:30 opening the garage up and definitely rushing us to get out, when checkout was at 10. We had a late flight to begin with so our plan was to leave around 950 but they started coming in the garage when we were all in there doing laundry etc.

Great Pool

Great large pool which we had almost exclusive use of during our stay. In the heart of the village, with great access to restaurants and groceries - but was surprisingly quiet.

This house was beautiful and in the best location! It was walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed our time and if we ever return to siesta key I'd definitely stay at this place again!!

Return Stay for our Girls Trip

This was our second time staying at this home. We just love the location and how close it is to all the restaurants and stores in the village. It’s a small walk to the beach, but not terrible. It was so clean and comfortable for the three of us that stayed here for our annual girls trip!

Great location

This was an amazing location! Minutes from the village and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Private driveway was a bonus. Property management was very responsive when needed. We would definitely book this property again.

Great Location & Accomidations

The property was great! Very close to the village with shopping, dining and beach. We enjoyed the nightly Veterans Ceremony at Patriots Beach. We will definitely be back. The rental comes with a wagon and items for the beach such as an umbrella, chairs and towels.

We loved it here this is the 2nd time we rented in this neighborhood. We love being able to walk everywhere & the people who live in this “hood” r very friendly & pleasant. We r planning to return next yr to rent this house. Had everything we needed, plus. Loved the beautiful pool too. Comfy beds & plenty of linens.

Great location and fun

pool to chill out and canal, and great layout Location is a block from town, and maybe 2-3 blocks too beach Easy walks Well equipped for beach stuff (cool cabana, wagon, chairs, and more stuff) Well equipped kitchen (needs cutting board, or I couldn’t find it) Shower in guest room was great, master was so/so Master bath overall was nice We would all recommend (teen and parents)

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the red tide. We didn't get any time at the beach until the last day, but the property's locations and pool made it easy to have fun and relax without the ocean.

We really enjoyed our month long stay. The location is great, within 100 yards of a sushi/thai, pizza, ice cream and two very good breakfast spots. Although we were very close to the village, noise was never a problem. The pool is great and we used it almost every day because the red tide was pretty bad. Neil the owner and Bonnie the property manager were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would of booked for next year but already taken.

Nice stay on siesta key

The property was exactly as advertised and everything was in very good condition. There was an ample supply of beach gear in the garage that made beach days hassle free. The location is directly across the street from the village and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. For those not familiar with the village it can get a little loud/busy in the evenings so take that into consideration if you go to bed early or have a young family. The pool is shared but it wasn’t an issue during our stay. Communication with the property manager was outstanding even over the thanksgiving holiday.

Close to town hot spot

We had a great time! The house was a great location and super close to downtown siesta key. The only issue for us as parents of young kids; was the noise from the teenagers riding around bumping their bass. That kept us up several nights:( The pool was great! My kids loved it. I do however wish there was a direct door from the unit to the pool. We had to walk around to side of house to enter. Overall it was a great vacation:)

AWESOME RENTAL

This property has all the BELLS and WHISTLES you need to have a great stay in Siesta Key. The best thing it offers is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This rental was wonderful, not only is the location close to EVERYTHING (The Beach, The Village, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Grocery Store, Liquor Store), but it also has all the comforts of home and don't forget the great pool right out back. They also provide every beach item you could want and need, and your own washer and dryer. It was very clean and very comfortable. Park your car and never have to use it again unless you plan to leave the Island. Lots of free public transportation (if needed) only tips are required except the Trolley if FREE. Bonnie on the Management staff was wonderful to work with. I will definitely try to rent it again in the future if there is availability.

We loved everything about this house and the entire rental experience! First, the location. Just a short walk to the beach and not having to worry about driving and parking was priceless. Beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, and a cool cabana that set up with ease that 4 of us could sit under comfortably was awesome! Stepping out of your front door and having pizza, ice cream, shopping, restaurants and more within a block was the coolest thing ever. The pool was beautiful, we enjoyed it every day after the beach. The house itself is super cute! We loved having Roku (Hulu/Netflix etc.) provided and a QR code that instantly added the WiFi to all our electronics was pretty cool! Next, if you rent a lot you know a host can make or break the experience and I can tell you with confidence that these are the best and most attentive hosts you'll ever have the pleasure of working with! Bonnie and Bob we're super, so quick to respond to questions and the nicest people on earth! Will definitely rent from again!
