Willkommen im Paradies. Es gibt nichts Besseres als zu Fuß aus der Hintertür und geht zum Strand hinunter. Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, 3 Fernseher und DVD. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, den man aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer erreichen kann. Es gibt Treppen, die vom Balkon herabführen, um den Strand und den Pool zugänglich zu machen. Diese Einheit hat einen König im Meister, einen König im Gästeschlafzimmer und ein Bonus-Etagenbett, damit man 6 bequem schlafen kann.

Great location with amazing view!

The condo was updated and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. The view from the balcony and inside the condo was beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

A few minor issues though, in the primary bathroom both sinks did not drain well and the ice maker leaves a lot to be desired. But truly love the stairs the go straight to the condo and not having to deal with an elevator.

It's not too crowded, which made for a great family vacation. The pool isn't opulent, but it gets the job done for the kids. Check In and Check out was a breeze with Legacy Vacations, and I wouldn't think twice about renting from them again.

Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

Great Beach Condo!

This property is extremely nice. The stairs to the beach from the balcony are super convenient. The unit is very well insulated, we barely heard our neighbors at all. The only complaint I can think of is the kitchenware was sparse and rather beat up, but not a big deal. My family would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island

I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”

Our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the 1st floor. We had our 3 yr old granddaughter so that was so convenient. The place was very clean. For improvement I would say please put a light out on the balcony. There is a light fixture, but no socket, so disappointing because I love to read outside in the evening. Also the bed in the secondary bedroom may be broken on the right side. My husband and I switched sides because he said he kept collapsing in. He weighs about 180 lbs so not obese. That said, we had a great week with family and the best weather. We met some wonderful people and made many new friends. Would easily recommend.

Lovely remodeled condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Why do I keep coming to Florida

Yes why do I keep coming to Florida. I’ve been going to Fort Walton Beach for seven years and of those seven years I’ve not gotten into the property I’ve rented three times for a host of reasons and the lead time give was only one month to two weeks before we were to leave for Florida. It occurs to me that us as renters have very little recourse.

Hey Bob....we are very sorry (again) for the unavoidable issue with the unit you originally rented. In fairness, we gave you the opportunity to cancel/find an alternative situation. I appreciate that you decided to stick with your plans to come and we worked to get you in to the best available solution when you chose to continue with your planned stay PLUS provided you with a considerable refund for the inconvenience. I certainly wish we could have avoided this entire episode, but unfortunately sometimes things don't go as planned and we have to make the best of the situation, which we attempted to do with your reservation. I'm glad you got to spend your winter here despite the challenges.

Parking and Entry D ifficulties

We enjoyed the property but had a lot of difficulty initially getting in the door due to lock problems. Also I still am wondering if we need a parking pass and how many vehicles we can park there. These problems are more the fault of the managing company (Legacy) than the owners.

Also, one of the toilets wouldn't flush properly. I sent a message for maintenance immediately. We finally had drain plugs by the 3rd day, but the toilet was never fixed. 6 guests and 1 toilet... frustrating to say the least.

Ok, but could be better

Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida. The unit itself was fairly good. The complex could use some updates. The outdoor grills haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. There were people smoking on the balcony although I believe it is against policy. There was also a young couple that didn't even stay at the complex, but sat in the hot tub drinking beer and smoking cigarettes. Not good for our daughters playing just a few feet away in the pool. Same with the lady smoking on the balcony right by the pool. Clean up the place and have more eyes on the property and it could be a great place to stay.

The day before we left, the agent contacted me to say that the oven wasn't working and she'd put two countertop burners and a toaster oven in the kitchen. She offered a first floor unit (with no view). We chose to stay with our original rental. She gave us a refund of $150.00. I guess that was okay but I don't feel like it really compensated the impact the broken stove had on our time together.

PERFECT

If your looking for a clean condo with the easiest and fastest walk to the beach this is it! I picked this because the previous reviews all stated how clean it was and that is factual. Probably the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in from navarre to PCB and by far the easiest access to the beach. Plenty of seating for a family of 6 which is also why I chose this even had some friends visit and everyone was comfortable. Beach service was easy as 1 2 3. Beach attendant was very nice and helpful. Honestly can’t stress the cleanliness of this condo I was very surprised. They took extra time to make sure it was clean. Plenty of towels they state 2 per guest but we had extra in the cabinets. Everything worked and had all the utensils and items needed to feel at home. ABSOLUTELY will book again at this condo. Close to everything!!! Very happy!! Communication was great and we had no problems accessing our condo and it was ready earlier than stated which was a bonus.
