The area is quite quiet even in summer, sheltered from the wind, surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and at the same time just a few steps from the sea. All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

The apartments do not have a real private parking space, but access to the building is via a private road closed by a barrier, where, if desired, the car can be left, unless there is a parking space, along the road.

Key delivery is normally carried out in our offices located in Via Rodolfo Manganaro in Portoferraio, for different needs contact our customer service.

The wifi service is served by a local operator, being the area along the coast, the signal is sometimes interrupted.

The second opens onto a terrace accessible directly from the master bedroom. The apartment consists of a large living area with a kitchen, two sofa beds (two separate beds), bathroom with window with shower, an anteroom, a double bedroom, LCD TV with satellite antenna and wi-fi.
