It's great to know you enjoyed the walk to Port de Pollença and appreciated the cleanliness and service from our team. We’re also happy you liked the ping pong table – it’s a fun touch we’re glad you enjoyed! Thank you for your helpful suggestions regarding doormats and bathroom areas . Thank you very much for your kind review and for sharing your helpful suggestions. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the great location, the pool, and the outdoor spaces. Regarding the basic supplies, some of these items are already included in the welcome pack, which has been recently updated to offer more useful things. At the same time, we always recommend doing a supermarket purchase at the beginning of the stay to have everything you may need for the rest of your holidays. The idea of adding more storage space in the kitchen is certainly a very good suggestion, and we will look into it. We will also review the air conditioning unit to ensure it works more quietly. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Best regards, The Owl Booking Team
