Familie für immer ist ein neu renoviertes Strandhaus südlich von 30A und ist das perfekte Ziel, um dauerhafte Familienerinnerungen zu machen.

Wenn Sie auf die zweite Etage kommen, werden Sie von einem offenen Konzept-Wohnbereich begrüßt, der von einer spektakulären gewölbten Decke hervorgehoben wird. Die aktualisierte Küche mit neuen Theken ist ideal für die Vorbereitung von großen Mahlzeiten oder Snacks für den Strand, während die große Farm Tisch und Frühstück Bar bieten reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei Königsschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zu einem Balkon. Sie finden auch ein Queen-Schlafzimmer und eine Studie auf der zweiten Ebene.

Mit drei Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss ist dieser Bereich ideal für die Kinder oder Jugendlichen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher und es gibt Sitzecke, die perfekt für Spiel Nacht ist. Die drei Schlafzimmer bestehen aus einem Bunkroom, Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, die ein Hallenbad teilen.

Our family has vacationed in this area for 30 years, spanning 4 generations now. The Family Forever house was the best equipped and supplied that I can recall. And the property manager (Oversee) was excellent to work with, very helpful, available and accommodating.

The home was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. We could not have been happier. Towards the end of the week we asked to have the pool heated as the weather had turned colder; the company sent someone over quickly but apparently the heater could not be fixed in time for us to enjoy it. We enjoyed the house and the location. So many extra amenities, games, chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas! Outstanding!

Amazing Place!

Great place to stay - house is amazing! It has everything you can think of. It’s perfect for guests flying into town or traveling from afar. House is just a short walk to the beach and not crowded at all due to the private neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great family home

Loved the house! It’s located in the perfect quiet neighborhood close to Seaside and watercolor. Our family has come to this area every other summer for 18 years now. This house was a great size and layout for 2 families together.

Everything was amazing. Check in very smooth. This house is managed by Oversee and they are excellent! We have rented from them before and are never disappointed. This house does have spotty WiFi so if you will be working remotely that may be a problem. Tons of beach gear, pool toys, very well stocked kitchen! Plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and one baby. Super short walk to the neighborhood beach access. We loved it!!

Beach gear galore!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Grayton Beach. The house is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the AC kept the house cool. The beach gear is amazing and very organized. We enjoyed the bikes. The pool is really nice and the outdoor showers are convenient. The rental company was very attentive. The oven was not heating properly, so I texted them in the morning and it was fixed by dinner time. It's an easy 3 min walk to the beach which is not crowded and has a nice dune lake. One beach access point is a ramp with only one step up from the road. Overall, this house is a nice upgrade from the usual beach rental.

Great property

Loved that there was no bunk room. The house was perfect for our needs. We could have used another full bath on the main floor but we made it work. There were a few issues but they were taken care of promptly. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. This was so convenient! Easy access to the beach. Very quiet, quaint neighborhood.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED the house. Location was great. With 3 families which included 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 in elementary school children, we had plenty of room. Lots of pantry spaces and plenty of kitchen supplies. Only suggestion would be nice to have a full length mirror in some of the bedrooms. Would definitely go back again!!

Perfect place for our extended family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, what a place. We loved every aspect. The private pool, the amazing location, the cleanliness. We've rented homes in this area for years and haven't come across a house with the beach amenities that this one did. Two outdoor showers, a pool with plenty of shade, very comfortable beds. I could go on and on. Oversee was also excellent. Huge fan, hope to stay here again!

Family Fun Rental

The house was much more than we expected. The owners have everything to you could ever need. There are pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, wagons, floats, bicycles, if you can think of something you need for the beach or the pool or vacation this house has it. There are books and games, pack and plays, have chairs and activity bounce seat for infants. The kitchen has everything!! As one of my grandson’s exclaimed, “This is the best vacation ever!” We couldn’t agree more.
