Villa Rinalda Piccola is a bright and cheerful four-story villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Rinalda Piccola you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and a side view of the lake. Villa Rinalda Piccola is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private Jacuzzi pool, panoramic private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Montefiascone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 8 km (roughly 5 miles). You will reach Villa Rinalda Piccola from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Rinalda Piccola you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake and of the hills.

The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the lake and of the hills.

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the valley.

The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the garden you will enjoy a bright view of the greenery and of the hills.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
