Sea Escape Boutique Apt-Steps away from Agii Apostoli & Golden beach
New, cozy, modern boutique apt, ideal for a couple or for a family/group of four people. Located 500 m away (a 10 min walk) from the famous sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi and 4 km away from Chania City/Old Venetian Harbour. Fully equipped with all amenities. Free WiFi, Free private parking space on premises. Near (less than 3 min walk) from buses to and from Chania city center, Old town & Platanias. Only a few steps away from pharmacy, local restaurants,super markets & shops.
The apt is situated in Agioi Apostoloi/Makrys Toixos area of Chania. This area is extremely popular for its organized beach and location, right in between Chania City Center/Old Venetian Harbour and the bustling area of Agia Marina/Platanias. The apt is located in a quiet neighborhood with local residents. Only steps away you will find a mini-market, 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, several shops, many taverns/ restaurants/cafes and of course the beach. Just a few minutes walk to the two beaches of the Agii Apostoli (the Holy Apostles). The first cove at west is located just beside the east edge of Glaros beach. It is a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities and a large parking area nearby and easily accessed. A small peninsula is formed on the west side of the beach, which protects it from the winds. There is also a nice park (the largest in Chania) filled with trees, kids playground a walking/jogging path to enjoy your jogging in the morning or afternoon, and the scenic chapel of the Holy Apostles after which the wider area takes its name. A second “twin” semicircular cove is formed some meters to the east, with beautiful greenish waters and fine sand. The rock formations on the side are amazing. Beside the east end of the beach, there is a small pine grove extending to the east till Chrissi Akti. There are also tennis courts and a beach volley court in the area for the more athletic type.
The waterfront of the Agioi Apostoloi (the park included) is under preservation by the authorities, therefore apart from the beach there is a large green space next to the sea.The local flora consists of many Pine, Nerium oleander, Palmaes and Eucalyptus trees. Sea Daffodil, a rare and protected species with large, delicate, white flowers and a strong scent, also grows in the area. It is something worth seeing!

I was born and raised in Canada but I decided to move to Chania several years ago after meeting my husband here on vacation. I am a working mom of two incredible kids and Ι love to paint, travel, explore new places and meet people of all nations. I am always thrilled when I host new people and having the chance to offer them a welcoming, safe and enjoyable place to stay . Nothing less than what I would want for my family, friends and myself, a home away from home!

We bought this property and built our home here because we loved this area that is only 10 min on foot to the nearest beaches yet only a few minutes away from the city center. We loved the fact that we were going to built a house in such a nice neighborhood, with other beautiful homes but most importantly such nice neighbors and a nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities from supermarkets, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants and schools all nearby within a few steps away.
We fell in love with the view of the surrounding area, ocean and sunset, the large garden with beautiful built-in BBQ, trees and vegetable garden that we dreamed of and made reality to enjoy.

I can't thank enough for our amazing stay. Elvira was extra attentive and made our stay in Chania very special. The property is located in a quiet location close to 4 beaches and shops. You get quick access to the beaches (less than 10min walk) and shops and restaurants. Elvira provided all the information that we needed regarding busses, day trips and places to visit. I really can't fault anything. The apartment itself had anything you could possibly need; bedding, towels, beach towels, beach bag even beach hats and books to take to the beach. Me and my mum really enjoyed our stay and I would like to thank Elvira once again for being such a superb host and amazing human being in general. Thank you xxx Highly recommended!!

We highly recommend Elvira and her beautiful apartment! Location: - A very cozy and calm place outside of the main noisy part of Chania. - 4 nice public beaches, 3 supermarkets, and many restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. - We had a 2 yo kid and a carriage with us, so we can confirm the roads are in good condition. - 10 min by car (or 30 minutes walking along the seashore) to reach the old city: Venetian harbor, lighthouse, etc. Host: Elvira speaks fluently both English and Greek and is a very positive person, so it was very easy to solve all the questions. She helped us in all possible ways. Apartment: - The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything is thought out to the small details for your comfort. - All the equipment in the apartment is modern and new. Beds are very comfortable. - Several bookshelves with classical and modern literature in various languages. I found a book which I was not able to find in my country :) - Well-equipped kitchen. - The apartment is very secure, fast WiFi. - Kids-friendly: ground floor, fruit trees and green grass in the yard.
