Mon Désir is a fantastic typical French Manoir, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for up to 14 people. This luxury holiday home with a large private heated pool situated in a complete private garden (park-like), consists of 2 buildings: the Manoir suitable for 10 people and a separate house suitable for 4 people. The domain of 4 HA (of which a great part is totally fenced) is located on the top of a hill giving you a breathtaking view over the Dordogne/Lot valley. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minutes’ drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away. Mon Désir is ideal for several families or groups, luxurious, private, in short a lovely house to spend a wonderful holiday.

Inside
Mon Désir has no less than a living area of ​​260m2. There is a spacious living room with modern open kitchen (with extended table for 14 persons) and patio doors to the terrace, 5 bedrooms (3 on the first floor and 2 on the snd floor) and two bathrooms. The house has airconditioning. One bedroom has its own shower in the bedroom.

Gite
The second house (the barn) has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The barn is fully airconditioned.

Outside
The estate (partly fenced) with ancient trees consisting of meadow and forest has a total area of ​​more than 4 hectares. There is a beautiful and large heated swimming pool, several terraces and a courtyard with ample parking for cars. Playroom in a separate building.

Surroundings
Ideally located between Lot and the Dordogne, and not far from the beautiful cities of Sarlat, Domme, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Gourdon. You have endless views here and do not forget: in this region you have the lowest light pollution in Europe! Be amazed by the countless stars that you can see here at night!

Price Mon Désir outside July and August based on the main house only (max 10 persons). If you also want to rent the (large) gite you will be charged €500 extra. The extra gite will never be rented separately!
