Wohnung im Juli 2019 renoviert. Völlig neu. Das Hotel liegt in einem alten katalogisierten Gebäude am Ende der Ramblas mit Blick auf das Meer. Vor dem Denkmal von Christoph Kolumbus. Die beste touristische Lage. Das Barrio Gotico und die La Rambla bieten Touristen eine privilegierte Lage, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Die U-Bahnstation Dressanes liegt 20 Meter entfernt. Es ist eine neue Wohnung in der Altstadt und bewahrt den Charme des typischen mediterranen Hauses mit einem modernen und komfortablen Design.

The apartment was in an excellent location, easy walks to attractions and so close to many, many excellent restaurants! Stephy was wonderful - met us for check-in and gave great recommendations. She checked back with us throughout our stay asking if we needed anything or could be of any help. We also really appreciated having separate washer and dryer units - so much easier than trying to figure out the all-in-one laundry units!

We had an amazing stay here for our bachelor party, and everything was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The rental experience started months before we arrived in Barcelona. The host was great with communication from the start. As we got closer to the stay, she provided helpful tips about the apartment and getting around Barcelona including some great restaurant recommendations. The check-in process was smooth and we got a tour of the place from the host upon arrival. The bedrooms were spacious especially for European standards with comfotable bedding. The kitchen was well-stocked. The location was amazing based on our chosen sights and activities. The air conditioning was great as it gave us a cool respite for the summer heat. All in all a fantastic stay in Barcelona!

This was a beautiful apartment right on Las Ramblas near the port. All the rooms had balconies with stunning views in every direction. The host was accommodating and responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and the apartment was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer was also a great addition to do laundry in between stops on our journey. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This was an amazing apartment for our group of six; 2 adults and 4 older teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely air conditioned. Having multiple balconies to sit outside morning and evening was lovely. It was perfectly located with walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the metro/busses. Stephy communicated wonderfully with us throughout our entire stay gave us many recommendations for things to do around Barcelona. I would absolutely recommend this apartment. The BEST Location! Incredible Place!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to be in the middle of everything, and especially for a pre-cruise visit like ours, this stunning place off of La Rambla is it. We felt like VIPs walking in to the building each day, and there isn't a better spot to walk to so many different things in town. Amenities inside were great. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Nice flat in great location

Plenty of space, period building with high ceilings, well fitted out, new bathrooms and kitchen, nice balconies, AC, we positioned flat ideal to see all the sites, there was some street construction works going on, but were out all day, so didn't really bother us, thank you to Alex, great stay.

Perfect Barcelona Spot

We stayed for several days in early March. The location was perfect for touring Barcelona the apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 5. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easily manageable, and the host was host, Alessandro, was so helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location is outstanding. We were able to walk to everything. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be close to all the historic sites, restaurants, and night life.FYI: There are no elevators, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
