Good location, needs some repairs

The location was good. Very close to the beach. House was fine. Had a fair bit of mold (in bathrooms, around some outlets, in the washer) and a few things that needed repaired (wonky/disconnected molding, dishwasher didn’t work 100%, etc) but overall, it had enough room for our family and it was a quiet location.

Floors were dirty. Mold throughout the house. Washer and dryer didn't work, which apparently they knew and didn't tell us. Kitchen sink was leaking. Aside from being in a great location I would not recommend

Happy but not happy

Overall it was fine, however the fans and vents were extremely dirty. The ironing board and a chair was broken. There were not enough wash clothes. The pool walls where dirty. I think with a little attention to the details it would be a great place to stay. There is Easy access to pool and beach. The house is a good size for a large family ( kitchen is small)

Beautiful condo and wonderful location

I've stayed at this particular unit at least 2 times and I have NEVER had any issues. Furniture and appliances all up to date and comfortable. 100% as pictured. They've even made upgrades since our very first stay! This is a safe choice if you want clean, comfortable, up-to-date appliances and amenities. The pool is really nice nothing too fancy. And the wake to beach is extremely easy. Even with older grandparents in tow. I'd definitely recommend this rental property. Just make sure to remind them to confirm your **in season* complimentary chair service for two* if you come late in the season. La Dolce Vita is the chair service if you want additional chairs reserved and the young man was very friendly and helpful. Customer Service was also very prompt and polite. .

Miramar Villa or Vrbo

This was the worst nightmare from the beginning. First our first booking was cancel we didn't find out until 10 days before our stay and I had to called Vrbo at that time we were told to find something similar to our condo and they would pay the difference wrong they didn't do anything.i had to find our own condo we were never paid the difference Vrbo told us to file insurance on it we didn't receive any thing. We went to stay in the Miramar Villas when we arrived at 4;00 our check-in time the cleaning people were still there so we went to get something to eat. When we came back that was the dirtiest condo they had food left in various places,the rugs were filthy,(we had them taken out) there was body hair on the toilets and they were not cleaned, the tubes had hair and dirty cloths in them the chairs on the patio were broke, the refrigerator was broke leaked and no ice, the beds we're not made,the juccuzie tube did not work and the coffee pot was broke. We had to insist that they send someone to clean they arrived two hours later we would not go in until clean we sat outside and waited, we did not go in until 10;00 pm Vrbo did not replenished any of our funds charge us twice for their services on the first time and one for and second one I strongly advise no one to rent 103 at Miramar Villas. The least to say do not rent through Vrbo. And if anyone needs proof we have the pictures

Not a hidden gem

The house need a lot of repairs, blinds were broken on the front door, anyone could see in. The jetted tubs were broken, the washing machine was filthy with mold. Over all it was overly priced for the condition of it.

Great Location!

Loved the house! Spacious and in a great location. My family and i had arrived much earlier than what we had planned and they let us checked in upon arrival. If we had any questions or requests, the agency was quick and friendly to help us!
