Le Vau-Rozet was a mansion built back in the 15th century; it belonged to the "De Berthe” family. The castle has a main-plan from the 15th century, upon which the owners have added a tower on the north side. The castle is fully renovated, while respecting traditions and its historic appearance. The Vau Rozet is located in the Natural Park Loire-Anjou-Touraine between Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur and Langeais. The castle offers a whole lot of renovated and habitable smaller buildings. To celebrate important gatherings such as weddings, receptions, or even business meetings, we offer you all our premises to better manage your event. The outdoor area allows you to install your equipment such as marquise or large tables to comfortably welcome all your guests. The charm of the castle and its domain let you experience events in a luxurious and relaxing context for unforgettable memories! The castle is fully furnished with several hundred square meters of living areas and bedrooms; your comfort is guaranteed by the high standard of our refurbishment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake and the forest. The rooms are decorated to be in line with the historic charm of the property, with a huge range of services always at your disposal. So you can immerse yourself in a pleasant atmosphere and relax while enjoying the benefits of modern technology. Rooms: The domaine comes with one main building (the castle itself with 7 bedrooms) and several other smaller buildings offering further accommodation. At present we can host up to 40-46 people but we are refurbishing other rooms and homes to make the domaine more spacious for larger events or meetings.
