We absolutely loved our stay! The grounds are absolutely pristine and beautifully maintained, and the house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and the property was incredibly accommodating for everything we needed. Our boys had a great time fishing in the pond! You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining such a beautiful place. Denise, was absolutely wonderful with her communication and so detailed in regards to the house when we checked in that we felt right at home. For those families looking for a place to stay near Allstar Village for baseball, this is a wonderful location. This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our son’s trip to Cooperstown All Star Village! The location was absolutely ideal, just about a 15-minute drive to the fields, which made getting back and forth so easy. After long days at the fields, it was the perfect place to come back, relax, recharge, and spend time together as a family.The house itself was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space, a comfortable setup, and everything that made our stay feel like a home away from home. My nephews especially had a blast fishing and definitely took advantage of the downtime when we weren’t at the ballfields! The owner and caretaker were also fantastic. They both reached out to check in as we arrived and made sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of personal touch really made the experience even better.If you’re planning a trip to Cooperstown All Star Village in 2027, book this place now! You won’t regret it. Having a comfortable place to stay close to the fields made an already incredible baseball experience even better.We’re so thankful we found this house and would absolutely stay here again!

It took me a while to be able to find the correct words to describe this beauty of a property. Couldn't have asked for anything better for the price and vicinity to all star village (10-15min drive). The serenity and quiet silence while watching the deer feed afyer a long day at the ballparks is what made this trip a perfect one. Ownership- an amazing job with ur beautiful property and Donna the rental manager was amazing. Great team that just made our stay of 3 families one of the best ever. Very accommodating and always very responsive if and when needed. I have stayed close to maybe 50 rental properties on my travels through several apps and can honestly say this was, if not, close to, the number 1 place I have had as far as the complete experience was concerned. This home is a complete home run! 6.7 miles to the Cooperstown Village and easy to get to. The home itself was beautifully set on several acres and every day there was stunning wildlife to admire. The sunsets on the higher porch were stunning, and the adults enjoyed that time together. The home was immaculatly clean and we had plenty of room for the seven of us. We truly appreciated a bedroom on the mail floor for my elderly mother in law. The house is exceptionally stocked in the kitchen with every gadget you can possible need and the outside grill was clean and easy to use for the all important bbq that you will hold with your family. The kids loved using the paddle boat and the Connect Four game was a hit with the little ones. Laundry room on site helped a lot and we really appreciated the door locks that would automatically lock behind you - that gave us an extra sense of security. As out of state guests, we truly appreciated the recycling bin to be turned in and donated to a local charity. That was wonderful. If I had to pick one thing for criticism it would be that the bathroom soap was too small and not a very good brand. We quickly bought our own bar/liquid soap for the bathrooms and resolved that. Outside of that, it was a perfect Grand Slam!

Perfect house for anyone going to Cooperstown All Star Village- about a 12 minute drive. House was exactly as pictured, so much to do and enjoy inside and out. Hosts were quick to answer any and all questions leading up to our visit and throughout. Highly recommend!

Amazing Cooperstown cabin

We had 5 dad’s staying in the cabin for our boys baseball tournament. The location was perfect, rooms clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space was incredible. Recommending this VRBO to anyone visiting the area.

If you are coming to visit Cooperstown or just to visit the area this place is a must. The property and the house are beautiful. The place was spotless, the manager was so helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

We recently stayed in this beautifully maintained home while our son played at All Stars Village. We had both sets of grandparents join and all enjoyed the stay and property. Our younger son was kept entertained by the pool and air hockey table. Couldn’t have asked for a better location, stay or host. 5 stars!

We had an incredible stay during our time at Cooperstown ASV. While you’re only 10 minutes away, given the beautiful property and tons of outdoor space with the pond and yard, you feel like you’re in a secluded compound far away from the hustle and bustle. The property is very well taken care of and is filled with everything you need from games, utensils and household goodies, and ballpark needs with bleacher seats, umbrellas, and a cooler backpack. Highly recommend.

Great Stay for Cooperstown ASV Week!

Beautiful home and property! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay; super clean, organized, and cozy. Felt like our family had a mini-vacation on top of our son’s tournament. Property manager, Donna, was terrific, immediately responsive for all questions/concerns. Perfect proximity to Cooperstown ASV, 12 minute, easy drive. Highly recommend!

Cooperstown all star village people—this is the place! We had 5 parents and plenty of room!! This is the baseball house. The Littles are so amazing too! 12-15 min from the park and Walmart as well as dicks sporting goods. The pictures don’t do this place justice!!

What a wonderful weekend at this property. The views are breathtaking, with such a peaceful vibe. The house had so much for the kids to do from catching their first fish to paddle boating to making smores and kicking all the father's butts in pool. They didn't even touch their phones or put a tv on the whole time we were there. Everything was super clean and everywhere you turned had a personal touch to make you feel at home. They literally thought of everything. More than enough space for 2 families of 4. 15 minutes from All Star village which was very ideal for us.

Heaven within Baseball Heaven

Our stay was incredible at this home. It was such a peaceful retreat surrounded by New York’s picturesque backdrop. It was a great way to spend in between ball games with fishing or grilling on the patio or wiffleball in the open yard or watching the groundhogs and deer or playing card games in the spacious kitchen. We loved it. And only a quick 15-20 minute drive to the fields, restaurants and even the urgent care center (as we tested out ) It was…perfection.

Great house for All Star Village trip

Great property, well kept, lots to keep our young children occupied between their brothers baseball games. Power got knocked out by a storm for a few hours and property manager went above and beyond bringing by candles and flashlights.

Peaceful Cooperstown Retreat

We had an amazing stay at this house! We were there with friends for my son’s baseball tournament. My younger son fished most days and caught a ton! A Peaceful and Enjoyable Vacation Rental

The house and property are beautiful. The view is fantastic. Denise, the owner, was extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of the amenities are as described and very much appreciated including the s'mores kit! Thank you Denise and Walter! Would definitely rent the property again!

Great property for stay while at Cooperstown ASV

The house was very clean and up to date. It was fantastic for our family. Each group had their own bathroom. The pool table and air hockey table in the basement were nice to have. The location was very convenient to Cooperstown ASV. And it was nice to have such a peaceful setting with gorgeous views. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

I would one hundred percent recommend this cabin for your stay in the Cooperstown area. It's also only 15 minutes from All Star Village. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless and ready to move right into. The lay out of the cabin was great for either both a big family or a small group traveling together. Our boys LOVED having the paddle boat and fishing rods accessible to their use. At night, we enjoyed listening to nature by the campfire while making s'mores. The downstairs air hockey and pool table was also an excellent addition. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience.

Hidden Gem

What an incredible hidden gem that hides in the hills and has amazing views. We booked this place because it was close to the All Star Village where our sons were going to playing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean and very organized. It had everything we needed for the week. Great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends!

A wonderful retreat!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. My kids not only enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, playing pool, and air hockey in the basement (it rained one day). The home had everything you could need and more and was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Was easy. The communication was excellent and we hope to be back one day.

Fun family getaway

We all enjoyed the large house & spacious yard. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids especially loved the air-hockey table. Kitchen was well equipped & glad for the dishwasher & gas grill. Beds were comfy ; plenty of towels & of nice quality. Only small criticism : main floor bathroom sink & tub faucets are old & difficult to work..
