A decent accommodation in a great location.

A decent accommodation in a great location. Needs a bit of attention to make 5 star! Cleaning needs review, my daughter found unopened needles / medication under one bed and other item left by previous guests and a little grubby in areas. Owners request you turn the thermostat off before you leave which is fine but we arrived late after driving from London and the house was freezing which wasn’t ideal with two small children, took a while to warm up! Luckily we took extra blankets which were needed in the kids room.

A lovely cottage.

A lovely cottage. So close to the centre of town. The only issue was a car that had been left in the parking spaces that caused havoc for everyone that was staying there. Other than that it was lovely. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a lovely stay at Jubilee House.

We had a lovely stay at Jubilee House. The cottage was very clean with everything you could possibly need. We really appreciated the tea, coffee and the bottle of wine left for us. The toiletries were a lovely touch too. The location was great for us, close to the main shopping area of Alnwick. Walking distance to the castle and gardens. Thanks very much we had a lovely stay. Jubilee House is very centrally located, pubs, restaurants, supermarket etc.

Jubilee House is very centrally located, pubs, restaurants, supermarket etc. all within 5-10 min walk. Visiting Alnwick Castle and gardens are all within easy walking distance. The castle was closed due to current Covid-19 situation but check website for more information. Book tickets in advance for the Gardens on-line, as it is was not possible to buy tickets on the day, while we were there. There are good road links to the Northumberland coast. The house is beautifully decorated throughout with everything you would need, would highly recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Had a really lovely weekend at Jubilee House.

Had a really lovely weekend at Jubilee House. The cottage is tastefully decorated and modern with everything you need. Kitchen is compact but has everything for a holiday you would need. Large bedrooms with plenty of storage. As we stayed in winter we did find the bedrooms colder than the rest of the house and my son was cold in the night in the twin room, so maybe prepare for that. Lovely bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, the only thing we found was that as the shower doesn’t have a door we did get quite a bit of water on the floor, and there wasn’t enough towels/bath mats to clean it up. Walking distance into Alnwick town and a perfect base for visiting Northumberland.

Our stay here was superb, the property is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean.

Our stay here was superb, the property is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. There were some lovely little thoughtful touches left for us including tea, coffee, wine and toiletries. The property is within walking distance of the local supermarket and the local shops. The outdoor market at the weekend was a treat with many and varied stalls. We would highly recommend this property

Lovely cottage, immaculately clean, modern with lovely decor. Ideally situated for the castle, gardens and treehouse. I would say Alnwick itself is very quiet but it was lovely to stay in as the house was so nice. I would highly recommend.
