Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen und privaten Gegend im "The Villas at the Seven Dwarfs".

Diese 24-Stunden-Wohnanlage bietet verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten wie einen riesigen Gemeinschaftspool, einen Whirlpool, ein Spielhalle, ein Fitnesscenter, ein Clubhaus mit Internetzugang, Billard, eine Tischtennisplatte, Sandvolleyball, Basketball und einen Tennisplatz sowie eine Tiki-Bar , privater See, Spielplatz und eine kleine Planschzone für Kinder.

Tolle Lage - 0, 5 Meilen von Sam's Club, 2 Meilen von einem 24-Stunden-Walmart-Superzentrum, 4 Meilen von der Altstadt (Kissimmee), 6 Meilen von Disney Springs, 7 Meilen von Outlet Malls, 8 Meilen von Disney Theme Parks , 12 Meilen von Sea World und 13 Meilen von Universal Studios.

Diese Einheit - mit einem Parkplatz direkt davor - befindet sich in einem sehr privaten Bereich (Sackgasse) des Resorts. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett (Matratze aus dem Jahr 2017), ein eigenes Bad und einen 40-Zoll-Fernseher. Im Schrank des Hauptschlafzimmers stehen ein Laufstall, ein Hochstuhl, ein Autositz und ein Kinderwagen zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Zimmer: eines mit einem Queensize-Bett (im Jahr 2015 gekaufte Matratze) und das andere mit 2 Twin-Size-Betten (im Jahr 2017 gekaufte Matratzen). Jedes dieser Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher und ein Gemeinschaftsbad (auf dem Flur).

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im ersten Stock, ein DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer und alle Lampen in diesem Gerät verfügen über USB-Anschlüsse, sodass Sie Ihre Geräte bei Bedarf problemlos aufladen können. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über HD-Kabel-Service in allen Fernsehgeräten, kostenlosen Highspeed-WLAN-Internetzugang und kostenlose Ferngespräche in den USA, Kanada, Mexiko, Puerto Rico, Guam und den Jungferninseln. Zusätzlich stellen wir für jeden Gast Badeseife, Spül- und Waschmittel sowie Müllsäcke zur Verfügung. Wir bieten auch Brettspiele und Filme für Kinder und für die Familie, damit Sie einen Filmabend genießen können.

Excellent location hosted by supportive host. Patricia is available if any comes up - and even checked in with us to ensure everything was okay.Near end of visit - microwave malfunctioned. Patricia had a temporary countertop microwave was available within a couple days - while status of built in was determined.This was our 4th year with this Host - and we very happy with her outstanding support.

Very nice townhouse

Stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed the stay. Shower pressure was good, AC worked great, beds were comfortable and place was very clean with tons of room. Townhouse is located in a gated property with security 24 hrs. There is a large pool, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickleball court and basketball court. There is also a indoor clubhouse.

The house was great. Only thing I had an issue was we thought the pool table was in the house itself. And the tubs were not freshly cleaned. But all in all it was a nice place to stay

great stay close to the park

Property was clean and close to the parks. For some reason the host was contacted by the hoa about a blind in one of the front window missing. The host contacted me and told me about the issue. Upon inspection, it looks like the blind was accidently pulled out of the brackets from a prior guest or houskeeping, because the blind was closed sitting on the sill. I took pictures, put the blind back up and informed the host of the issue. Blind looked ok except for a cracked top slat, and clips for the valance were broken off. I don't think it was an issue. The door sweep came off upon our exiting the unit on the last day. I let the owner know about that as well. So although we had 2 minor incidents during our stay, its not anything that the owner had any control over. I would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and was convenient to the parks. Only thing I thought was a bit much was washing and drying the towels prior to check out, that can make it hard to get out by 10am. I would suggest changing the rental agreement to only starting a wash of the towels and allowing housekeeping to put them in the dryer while cleaning the apartment (which i've seen in multiple other rentals).

Fantastic Area, Condo, and Hostess

We had a fantastic stay at the Villas at Seven Dwarfs. This is our second time at the Villas and the same Condo with a Great Hostess Patricia S. She stays available ( but not hovering ) to ensure any problems encountered- she can solve it for you. We have stayed twice with Patricia and have signed up for a third. Thanks Again Patricia.

Nice Accommodations, Great Ammenities

Lovely condo on a quiet dead end. We were pleasantly surprised that the common areas seemed better than advertised. Great pool area & splash pad. Tiki bar was very nice and seemed to be always open when we wanted both food and beverage. Responsive manager helped create a great experience!

Holiday Rental

Disney Vacation

My family of four had a great stay at this townhouse. It was clean and spacious. The owner was helpful and quick to respond. It was about 15 minutes away from Disney. It was also 5-10 minutes away from stores and restaurants.

Disney Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Vilas at Seven Dwarfs. We had a week stay for Disney Vacation. The VRBO was very nice/clean with a lot of room. The Host communicated everything before our arrival. We would definitely stay their again

Amazing place to stay close to Disney

We loved our stay here! This property is close to Disney, great restaurants and shopping. It's also beautifully decorated and cozy and provided our family with everything we needed on our Orlando vacation. And who doesn't love a pool, hot tub, splash pad and playground within walking distance, especially when vacationing with kids?!? We would definitely stay here again!

Very upsetting!!!

This was our 2nd time renting off of VRBO. First rental was absolutely amazing. This rental was absolutely Horrible. Arrived at property on Thursday Aug 4th @ 4:30 and could not even pull in to the parking area. The whole area was nothing but construction supplies and heavy machinery and roof workers all over. Right away called property owner it took me 3 times of calling to finally have her pick up. I told her what was going on and she stated "Oh well this job was supposed to be done the first week of August. I asked why didn't she call me and tell if she knew this was going on I would rented somewhere else. Oh well I thought they would be done. She said There was nothing she could do so after driving 2 hrs to get there not much I could do after already paying close to $700 to stay there. Well that was just the start. Loud construction work started at 7:30 am till 8pm, cable boxes kept losing sound where u have to restart the boxes and then wait 45 min to an hour to come back up this was in all 3 rooms. Only one roll of paper towels in kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in bathrooms for 5 people for 4 days. Water pressure in both shower was horrible. No cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves only a broom. Ice maker not working all 4 day maybe 5 prices dropped in tray Kids could not play out front due to construction supplies, nails, debry everywhere so took kids to pool couldn't even swim in pool it was so packed everyday with people so that was a lost cause all together. This was supposed to be our family Birthday trip. I am Sooo upset, hurt and pissed off with making this reservation ahead of time and paying up front to come to what we did.
