**** 8 / 19- einige der Terrassenmöbel aktualisiert, den Esstisch und die Stühle ersetzt, das Haus und das Grundstück mit Strom gespült, 11/18 haben wir die Einrichtung der Häuser aktualisiert, 07 / 18- die zentrale Klimaanlage ersetzt. 04 / 18- neuer Teppich im Wohnzimmer und wir haben einen neuen Grill hinzugefügt.

Schöne 4-Zimmer-Villa am See liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir haben einen im Boden, beheizten und privaten Pool mit Lanai. Unser Pool verfügt über eine Solaranlage. Wenn Sie es vorziehen, bieten wir Gasheizung für den Pool an. Das Pooldeck bietet Ihnen viel Sonne, oder Sie sitzen lieber in einer gepolsterten Chaiselongue unter dem Portikus mit 180-Grad-Blick auf den See. Den Sonnenaufgang mit Kaffee oder Sonnenuntergängen mit einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl zu genießen, wird nie alt. Dieser Platz im Freien ist unglaublich und entspannend.

Für die Sicherheit von kleinen Kindern und Haustieren bieten wir auf der Veranda optionale Zäune für Kinder und Haustiere an.

Wir befinden uns in der Nähe der Disney-Attraktionen: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom und Disney Strip mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Universal Studios befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir haben so viel zu bieten. Es ist eine einfache Fahrt zum Strand an der Ostküste oder der Golfküste. Lakeland, Tampa, St. Petersburg und Busch Gardens sind ebenfalls leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielleicht bevorzugen Sie einen ruhigen Spaziergang in der Nachbarschaft oder auf den Naturpfaden rund um die Crescent Lakes. Wir haben familienfreundliche Parks, Basketball- und Tennisplätze und einen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Himmelbett mit Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank, ein Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer. Wir haben eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Fernseher mit Kabel-TV sind in allen Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereichen vorhanden. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren in allen Schlafzimmern für Ihren Komfort.
Wifi ist für Ihre Bequemlichkeit enthalten.

Haustierfreundlich. Wir möchten nicht ohne unsere Haustiere Urlaub machen, wir möchten auch nicht, dass Sie das müssen. Haustiere müssen gut erzogen und das Haus kaputt sein.

Amazing house

Wonderful home

The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!

Love This House!

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Very nice house and lovely neighbors

The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

Great house for a good price!

We loved the pool, everything we needed was there. From a high chair for our baby to ice in the freezer we had ALL we needed. The lake is nice to look at, there was even a baby gator in there!! (Completely safe though...it is Florida after all). We have already discussed renting this property again later this year!

Fantastic place for our winter get away!

We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. The property is clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive to queries. The damage deposit had been fully refunded before we even arrived home from our stay.

Our stay was wonderful.

The house was spacious and clean. We had a pet and needed something pet friendly and this was perfect. The owner supplied everything we needed to make it feel like home. My grandsons loved the pool area and the boys bedroom. The house was decorated nicely and was very welcoming. It was in a quiet area and felt very private but was only a short drive to all the attractions. My family loved that there were TVs in every room and the sound system for music while out in the pool. We will go back there again!

Nice, quiet stay

We stayed for 4 nights on a staycation. It was quiet and just what we were looking for. The AC had a clogged drain when we first arrived. One call to the management company and Tonya was there within 30 minutes and then the repairman was there shortly after. Great service! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the pool. The neighborhood is a bit older but very quiet.

Home away from Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks with our family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the pool and used it daily. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of privacy. We did meet a couple of neighbors and they were very friendly. Therese is a great host...she provided everything we needed. She even checked-in with us the morning after we arrived to see how things were going and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home.to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home with amazing pool!

We stayed here in Aug 2023 and had such an amazing time that we ended up extending our stay by a few more days! The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard/pool is what stole the show! It was an absolute treat to be able to enjoy a warm gas-heated pool almost every night, especially after coming home from a long day at the parks. This house was so pet friendly as well with its retractable backyard gate - our dog enjoyed sun-bathing and chasing the geckos. We absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Cool and quiet

This property was perfect for my family. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which was important to us as my youngest goes to bed early. The house kept cool the entire stay, which was another huge hit for us. The pool was a perfect temp and the patio area was clean and had plenty of shaded seating areas. We went to the Disney parks during our stay and it took about 30 minutes to get to and from. Theresa was very quick about responding to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

Great Villa for young and old

We don't do the parks much these days but why should we? We found Heatherlake to be a peaceful and tranquil spot. Very clean kitchwn well stocked with appliances and every utensil you would ever need! Theresa the host was ever obliging and just left us to enjoy ourselves, but always there if needed. I can thoroughly recommend Heatherlake to all age groups as you have the parks, Disney etc. on your doorstep and Kennedy Space Center a mere 45minutes drive as well as all the other attractions that Kissimmee has to offer.

Perfect Getaway

My Husband and I, and our dog, rented this house for a long-needed vacation. As soon as you enter this house, you can tell how it is well-maintained. The owner supplied everything we needed. We ended up staying at the house 99% of the time - we didn't go to any of the parks, even though the location of this house is close to the parks. We sat on the back porch and watched the geckos! Hopefully, if we decide to go to FL again, we will definitely rent this house again.

Great Getaway

Very clean, cute home and the pool was amazing. My husband and I spent the week at Theresa's home doing absolutely nothing but relaxing by the pool. The home was fully stocked with everything that you would need for your stay including a huge selection of movies. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better week. Thank you Theresa for making our stay so wonderful. My husband and I look forward to our next vacation. We will definitely be back. :)

I live in Pennsylvania with my wife and kids. I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless.
I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
This home has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and so many other activities) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.
We are blessed to have this home and we would like to share it with others.
