It has on the ground floor a small garden with a door to the pool, a terrace overlooking the gardens, a large living room, a room with 1 single bed, a bathroom with shower and a large and complete kitchen with everything you need So you feel at home.
On the first floor there are 3 rooms: the main room with an insuite bathroom, a double bed and a terrace with views of the gardens and the pool, another room with a double bed, a third room with 3 single beds, two of them with bunk beds. another second bathroom on this floor.
On the top floor there are two terraces, one on each side of the house where you can take the SUN all day with total privacy, you just have to change the terrace!. This plant has beautiful views of the Montgó mountain, the pool and the gardens of the urbanization. On this floor there is an iron and ironing board, washing machine and folding clotheslines.
Only 10 minutes walk to the promenade port of Jávea with restaurants, coffees, shops and the beach of the Port. The Gravel beach, as its name indicates, is gravel although in some small areas gravel sand predominates. Its waters are clear and crystal clear throughout the year so this is one of the three beaches of Jávea that has the blue flag award.
Another beach nearby is the Muntayar which is pebbly, about 9 minutes walk from the apartment and 850 meters. It has several well-known beach clubs such as Montgo di Bongo and La Siesta, you can eat or drink your favorite drink on the beach with your family. The nearest sandy beach is the Arenal beach.

It is an ideal house for couples and families with children, it is very accessible, there are no elevators or stairs to reach it and it has 2 access doors, one on each side of the house.
