Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Pool und Whirlpool sorgten für Entspannung nach den Wanderungen in den Cevennen. In den Touristen-Offices erhält man übriges jede Menge Wandervorschläge und ausgearbeitete Touren.Der nächste größere historische Ort ist Sommieres, mit römischer Brücke und Burg. Samstags findet dort ein großer Markt statt und hier findet man auch etliche Restaurants.Wenn man Lust auf die Stadt Nimes hat, so kann man hierzu auch den Bus ab Sommieres nehmen. Eine Fahrt hin und zurück kostet 4 Euro pro Person. Wir kamen mitten in der Stadt an und hatten keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Das war sehr gut.Vielen Dank auch an Laurent und Lyliane für die Kommunikation und den Hinweis auf das Fete in Saussines. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus mit super Ausstattung und tollem Pool. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Magali was very nice and helpful and made sure that our stay was as pleasent as possible. The property is large, secluded and offers a wonderful view of the landscape. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace a lot. The pool offered us a pleasant refreshment every day and the peace and privacy made us forget the stress of everyday life. You should however consider that on hot days between 12 o'clock and 15 o'clock there were a couple of wasps at the pool, who refreshed themselves there. So if you are allergic to wasp stings you should not necessarily visit the pool at this time of day. But we have to add that the wasps were not aggressive at all. They were just drinking and flying around mindig their own business, so we were still able to enjoy swimming without any trouble. And at about 15-16 o'clock they were usually gone. The inside of the house was clean also very pleasant. Everything we needed was there. Although the house does not offer air conditioning, it was still pretty cool inside (especially compared to the temperatures outside). If we had known before how much we would like the place, we would have booked for a longer period of time. Unfortunately, time passed far too quickly.
