Cébazan: Häuser

We really enjoyed the property. It was renovated and every household item was required was available. It’s very calm and quiet. The pool though wasn’t heated. It’s not really a complain it’s more or less additional information which should be provided to give you the option for a qualified decision. The potential for better is the way to the property, you better drive an off-road car to reach your destiny. The road is very bumpy. Also there were no other TV channels available beside French channels (only BBC in English) Beside that it should be mentioned that you are not fully alone in the house. The couple who takes care of the property is living in the same house on the other side. They are really nice people and you will only see them from time to time but I think this should be mentioned.

Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt. Es war alles super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Internetauftritt stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Der große Pool war bei den sehr heißen Temperaturen eine schöne Abkühlung. Die Gastgeber konnten nur Französisch, aber die digitale Technik von heute hat sehr bei der Verständigung unterstützt. Wir können es nur sehr empfehlen und sagen nochmal Danke.

Berlous Umgebung ist wunderschön und lädt zu unzähligen Spaziergängen, Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren ein. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist bis auf einige Ausnahmen geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Teilweise tanzt ein billiger Duschvorhang, Plastiktischdecken oder ältere Plastik-Küchenutensilien ein wenig aus der Reihe. Aber insgesamt kann man sich in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr wohl fühlen! Die Kommunikation mit Irina, der Hausbesitzerin, lief sehr unkompliziert und herzlich ab.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Der Pool ist groß genug und mehrere Sitzplätze sind rund ums Haus verteilt. Die Lage etwas erhöht über dem Dorf bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Weinberge. Die Ruhe ist phantastisch. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Fahrtminuten, nach Béziers ca. Halbe Stunde. Sehr gute Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgegend, da Autobahnen und größere Landstraßen gut erreichbar sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen!

Cosy apartment, beautiful pool, great location in lovely area, nice and easy communication with host

Well equipped nice house with a big living room with included kitchen and air condition. Upstairs there is a medium size room with a double bed, a single bed and air condition and a small room with two single beds. Outside there is a furnished terrace with barbecue. The house is located quietly in walking distance to the center of Puisserguier with bakery, supermarket, café, restaurant, and a nice weekly market on friday. Convenient located to explore the surrounding cities (Béziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier), the Canal du Midi with Fonserannes staircase locks and Gorges d'Héric. Very nice pool and recommendable beach in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (45 min driving time).
