I loved the fresh crisp sheets and the mono kitchen. It was great coming back to the air con after a day out in the heat! I loved that it was so close to the train and bus station too.

Clean, comfortable suite close to downtown with a fully appointed kitchen. Staff were helpful and always responsive. Would stay here again!

Great location and a clean tidy room with kitchen, balcony. Staff were helpful, spoke great English and were friendly. Very convenient location only a short walk to town and a grocery store two mins away. Some of the emails I received were written just in French others in French and English. My main grumble was about the AC- this was set at 24c, and not able to adjust. I spoke to reception who said it’s locked at this temperature and couldn’t be changed. My room was hot and not easy to sleep in. I also had some scam messages via WhatsApp- I messaged the hotel to check if this was them- they responded very quickly and confirmed it was a scam- I was grateful for their quick response and reassurance. Overall good value and nice staff.

Was in town for work - was unable to make the strict 9pm check in (before the front desk leave) i called and messaged the property multiple times for help on how to go about this - no answer. Was charged the full amount even though my colleagues and i didn’t set foot in the hotel. Had to book something else. Tried to get a partial refund - they coldly said no. Do not recommend. I have stayed at plenty of places where the staff hours a limited - but they at least answer the phone and help you navigate.

One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very handy to station and little supermarket next door. Front desk helpful when asked but doesn’t offer much information about Nimes . They do have a brochure stand along the hallway which is a bit worn looking.there is a kettle but only one days supply of tea/ coffee for whatever length of stay.

Great place to explore Nimes and surrounding areas

Very handy location for train station and the walk up to the arena, Roman museum etc. Air con worked well. Helpful on front desk. Map pin is not in quiet the right place and the entrance to the hotel is not easy to spot. Doorway is on raised walkway 3 doors to the left of a very hand City Carrefore minimart. Room was quiet. Good price. Both the central bus station and the railway station are on the doorstep. Bus to Arles 2 euro!

This was a one night stay to catch train next morning. This is the hardest bed you will ever sleep on, or not sleep on. Check out was 11am and we were thrown out by the cleaner at 10.45am. Location is great for local sites, has a food market right down stairs. Seems to be lots of long term residents who weren’t that quiet. Means to an end really

worst maintained room

This is the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. The air conditioner in both living room and bedroom can not be turned on at all. There is big gap between the window frame and the wall. The whole window is hanging wobbly. It is not even safe. The front desk stops service at 9pm. So after we checked in and found out the problems, we can not find anybody to report. It is hot summer night. we have to stayed the whole night without air conditioner. And the big gap of the window can not be closed. The room faces to a busy street. The noise is so loud. On top of that, there were so many mosquitos. we all got bitten quite a bit. All our family barely get any sleep in the hot noisy room.
