This luxurious spacious waterfront home spans over 3 levels with spectacular city skyline views, this architecturally designed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa will command your instant attention.
Creating a sense of serenity and spaciousness with ample space for the whole family or extended family living. TV’s in all bedrooms.
We are able to add in two rollaway beds should you need extra bedding.

Nestled in in Surfers Paradise. Located just 400 metres from the beach and a 800m walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just a 250m walk to tram stops and 8 minutes to the very best restaurants and coffee shops. Leave the car and walk 5 mins to the heart of Surfers Paradise.

Offering an expansive luxurious space this three level villa is the epitome of luxury and pleasure.

The house was beautifully furnished and presented. Check in and out was simple and the venue is central to everything. Very comfortable and enough towels and pantry items for a comfortable stay. The agent was very professional, accommodating and friendly. Many of my friends plan on re booking this place for their own family. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Great location, house looked beautiful on arrival, beds and furniture very clean and comfortable however found the fridge, ovens and kitchen utensils required attention. Chose the accommodation for the location and heated pool so were disappointed the pool was not available for a 1/3 of our stay. Overall great experience, family had a great holiday and our host was lovely.

The house was amazing, exceeded expectations. Ideal to rent with a couple of friends for a few fun days. Everything about the booking and check in process was super easy and no problems along the way. Host was super helpful as well.

Girls trip

Thank you Racquel for letting us stay. We had an awesome time away. Everything at your fingers tips, easy walk to Surfers and to transport to and from the concert. House was amazing, very clean, lots of space and everything you need. We didn’t watch tv, we relaxed outside and by the pool and enjoyed being outside in the sun as most of us travelled up from Hobart. Highly recommend Racquel for ease of booking, communication and being in contact if you need her. Don’t think about - book your stay now!!!

Had an amazing time at Racquel Stayz Duplex - it’s a great size to accomodate to a big group of people. Has everything you need including cooking & cleaning utensils and even everyday basics in the cupboards. Beautiful layout of the house and has easy access for everyone staying! Like a home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect, so close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The house itself is stunning, and the little touches in every room made it feel just like home, right down to the paddle boards so we could explore the canals. 10/10

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The house is incredible with the highlight being the pool and the lights of the city. The house was gorgeous and teh location is ideal to walk into the city. We live on a farm so we did find the traffic noise a little hard at first, but we became accustomed to this in a few days. Great host and highly recommend this home.
