Perfect Choice

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay with our Golden Retriever. It certainly was very close to everything with a short walk to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Very comfortable, clean and well presented. We were able to relax there after enjoying exploring the area.The owner was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Just one negative, it was not long enough.

Perfect location for exploring Burleigh Heads

Had a lovely long weekend stay at Abby's Burleigh Haven. The property is located on a quiet street but is within easy walking distance of the Burleigh Heads nightlife. We were visiting from Sydney and found the place to be a great home base for exploring nearby shops, beaches, creeks and bushwalks. The interior was extremely clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you would need to enjoy a typical Gold Coast holiday (even including beach toys and equipment in a convenient carry trolley). We felt like we could reach out to Jacqui with any issues and they would promptly be dealt with. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Burleigh.

Beautiful place to stay just blocks to an amazing beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Plenty of space for our group of 6 for sleeping and gathering together. But we didn’t stay in much because the restaurants, shops, and beach were so lovely! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Location + Beautiful House

Had a great relaxing stay as part of a girl’s weekend! Very clean and spacious. Walking distance to everything. Jacqui was very helpful and even assisted us with a complimentary early check in and late check out! Would love to stay again.

Perfect Location & Outstanding Host

We had a fantastic stay at Jacqui’s place. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the centre of Burleigh Heads, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, so we didn’t need to drive at all. The place itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Jacqui was a great host as she checked in with us right after arrival to make sure everything was okay and offered help if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, clean and central location!

This property is equipped with everything you need. Central location, not far from the beach either. Spacious rooms, main bedroom with balcony views of high rises and beautiful sunrises. Pet friendly and great host. Would definitely stay there again!

Best holiday ever!

Our family trip to Abby’s Burleigh Haven was exactly what we needed. Finding the right place when holidaying with grown up kids is always a challenge, but this house and town turned out to be a brilliant. Burleigh is a beautiful town. We spent our mornings drinking a cappuccino and walking down to the beach to watch the sunrise. This was the best way to start the day. There are so many great restaurants nearby and plenty to keep us busy, but the best part was how easy it was to get around. Being just a quick walk from the beach and the centre meant we could leave the cars and just enjoy ourselves. The house itself was brilliant. It had everything we would need to have a brilliant holiday, so we did not feel like we were missing a thing. Having enough space for both our vehicles was a huge help, and the house was fully kitted out. We made great use of the BBQ and the coffee machine, which even came with fresh beans. The kitchen was already stocked with all the basic ingredients, so we did not have to rush out to the shops straight away. We loved the enormous TV for relaxing in the evenings, and having a proper laundry setup with a washing machine and tumble drier was a lifesaver. Also, the house had all the beach gear ready to go including towels, body boards, etc which meant we could just head straight to the beach without any hassle. It really felt like a home from home, and we would go back in a heartbeat. Jacqui was amazing. Always on hand in the booking process.

The property is beautifully laid-out and very comfortably furnished. Everything was spotless and the kitchen is well-equipped and a pleasure to prepare meals in. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. We slept really well, because of the peacefulness of the whole street and the quality of the beds & linen. The outside area is shaded and a great spot to read a book on the lovely outdoor lounge. Despite it being so peaceful and quiet, just a short walk and you’re in the hustle and bustle of James St, with the beach being just at the end of the street. The house is so convenient that we only used the car on one occasion, to go to Bangalow. I took the dogs to Tallebudgera off-leash dog beach every day, which is a nice walk, and they were exhausted after a run on the beautiful beach there. Communication with the host was excellent, too. I could not fault this property.
