Overall great experience. AI responses were vague and not very reassuring; granted we arrived 1 week after a hurricane. Second time staying in this complex, and this unit was the best. Great location and hope to return soon.

The home has every detail considered! This was the most well stocked kitchen of any stay we’ve ever enjoyed! From the family games to the recipes, they have considered everything. We have stayed at MANY properties in Navarre and this has by far been our favorite. The biggest perk, the parking. No crazy parking lot, no long waits for elevators, just parking right at the front door! The beds were cozy, the living room inviting, and our little furry dog loved the large open windows with a view!

Everything was great I was so glad I was able to bring my dog. Everything was so neat and clean. Also very kid friendly which helped out a lot.

I was so happy that the property was ground level( no stairs to climb). Very well equipted with all the essential's and clean! The decor was beachy and dog area right next to the condo…. Would definitely stay again!!!! Beach just behind condo and several restaurants nearby.

We booked this in advance and they cancelled our stay 6 hours into our drive to the condo from Nashville. Literally 2 hours before we arrive the property management called and said there was a “power outage” in our condominium. We were left homeless and had to pay double for the last condo available that was pet friendly and for the nights we were staying. I can’t tell you how stressful that was for my family and I. We were lucky to have found something else, but I doubt we will ever rent this condo again. We were repeat customers too. We really liked this place and location.

The overall stay was nice, sofa had an odor. Bathroom necessities were a little stingy. 12 inch tv in the bedroom my computer monitor is larger than that. But great location.

Had some difficulty with internet connecting to TV & devices, though attempted to fix problem in a timely manner. DVD player didn’t work, it was replaced in a timely manner. Coffee pot wasn’t matched properly, was replaced in timely manner. Some old water damage in places around the inside. Patio chairs were rusted & 1 broke (we didn’t report or request replacement prior to leaving though) no ceiling light is second bedroom, very tight fitting. Windows do not actually lock, so could easily be opened from outside. Check in was easy, very responsive & in timely manner. Lots of games & movies for entertainment for kids. Pool was nice & clean. Pet friendly, though some pet damage from previous guests noted to blinds. Unit served its purpose, not sure if we would stay in this particular unit again, may stay in another unit at this location.

Favorite place!! Comfortable! Clean! Cozy! The proximity to the beach could not be beat!! The weather wasn’t perfect, but that’s ok because board games and comfy couches made our stay still enjoyable!! We would choose this place again if we come to the emerald coast again! Thank you!!
