Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property which includes the separate AC controlled game room, back yard and beach front. There is not a boat lift or dock available for this home.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is close to local waterfront restaurants such as Boat Town Burger Bar, Patio 2900 Pizzeria, and Wakepoint LBJ, and Hooper's. It is near local attractions such as the Slab, Longhorn Caverns, Spider Mountain and local wineries.

This area is perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming as this home is located on a quieter part of the Llano River.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to the local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises.

DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
