Enter a cozy living room with comfortable seating, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and flat screen smart TV with basic cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). The living room has a large work area--perfect for keeping up with your emails--or playing games and doing jigsaw puzzles too.

The living room opens to the newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen is a bright and inviting space with high ceilings, ceiling fan, a slider to the backyard and large windows overlooking the front yard. The kitchen has stainless appliances including a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, granite counter tops and a large center island with counter seating. The in-kitchen dining area looking out over the front yard has a large table, chairs and bench seating.

One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and custom vanity off the first floor hall across from the bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. Both of these bedrooms have a queen bed. One of the two has an in-room sink and chaise lounge. There is a bathroom with tub/shower off the second floor hall.

Stacked washer and dryer conveniently located in closet at the end of the hall by the first floor bathroom.

Air-conditioning: Two window a/c units, one in each second floor bedroom.

You may never leave the backyard with lovely patio with dining area, charcoal grill, hot tub and fire pit. Enclosed outdoor shower. Separate garage available to tenants for storage during stay. Four bicycles available for tenant use.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
