The host was amazing and provided fast and efficient service. The residence itself needed some work, most cabinets were broken/didnt work, missing handles and didn't seem very hygenic. Fridge had no running water connected to the dispenser, faucet handles did not work and shower head has extremely hard pressure but very little stream. Overall fine experience for one night but not practical for long stays.

Beautiful location and views, spacious but in need of new couches or at minimum couch covers. Also broken blinds in dining and missing blinds in bedrooms. This place has so much potential that is being missed. Towels should be replaced. Walls, doors and baseboards were extremely dirty and just need a washing. Host was great, responded to items needed, such as more than 4 towels for 8 people, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people, and toaster, and wine opener. Not a great stocked kitchen, but when asked he brought it over quickly. He was kind and great to deal with

Family Event

This stay with Khalid and his team was one of the best experiences in terms of service provided. Khalid was quick to respond, understanding, and incredibly kind. Him along with the property manager were very attentive and flexible which made our stressful day much easier. 10/10 would recommend and would love to come back. The space itself was very large and open which was perfect for our family to get together. Looking forward to come again soon!

Amazing rental experience

Thank you to everyone involved with this rental . I have had the best time ,both times I was here. Clean , spacious , beautiful view , great host , great property management , parking , no hiccups and no hidden fees. The host is great with communication and organization . I am already booking my next stay .I’d recommend this place to anyone throwing small gatherings or to anyone wanting to have a small getaway with their significant other that’s not far away from the GTA at all.

Great property with an amazing view

It’s a spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. The unit was clean upon arrival and the property manager personally came to help check us in and provide us a tour of the property. The property manager was responsive throughout the stay. The view of the nightsky is mesmerizing while enjoying the warmth of the firepit. Highly recommend this property for events and/or just a peaceful night away from the chaotic city life.

Beautiful home, great for special occasions!

The house and property itself was beautiful and it was a lovely place to have a special occasion at, but there were a lot of things within the house that could use some fixing. There were holes in bedroom doors, broken/missing blinds, clogged sinks, freezer door wouldn’t stay closed, front entrance door would not stay closed unless it was locked, hair on the beds/pillows, etc. we stayed one night therefore it honestly was not bad at all as we enjoyed how beautiful the views and large space was. Overall the property owner was great at communicating and allowed us to checkout later than expected so thank you!

King City guest house

This is a gorgeous property and a lovely unit. The property managers were great however the unit had some damage and wasn't super clean. Confirm your cookware and dishes ahead of time as it wasn't equipped with all supplies and you may want to bring some of your own from home.

Great accommodation for intimate parties

Khalid was a great host, very fast response time and very accommodating to me and my party. Made sure everything worked out for us and kept in contact when we needed him. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean although one of the beds was broken. It is connected to another property but Khalid made sure that wasn’t a problem for us and did not restrict the noise we were allowed to make. Property management also lives in the main house, but again, did not put any restrictions on our stay. Overall a phenomenal place to stay and would definitely book with Khalid again

Great place and time.

The place was clean and well appointed. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. The beds were great. There were 6 people in our group but only 5 bath towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. I didn’t see anything in the description that said to bring any towels, etc. Other than that everything was great!

Had a great time. The property is beautiful and great for walks with our pups. Close to anything you would want. Property owner and manager were very kind and attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommend!
