The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master bedroom, an open plan kitchen (including dishwasher) and dining area with air conditioning, complete with an outdoor covered entertaining area opening up directly off the loungeroom. This is a great area for your morning coffee, or BBQ of an evening with family and friends, so leave the beach shack behind and enjoy your stay in one of the best locations in Anglesea.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you have signed and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
