We’re very sorry for the confusion surrounding the check-in process. Our intent is always to ensure a smooth arrival for every guest. According to our records, check-in instructions and the lockbox code were automatically sent through the platform once the booking was completed. Additionally, we have a neighbor, Jackie, who kindly assists in case any issues arise. We're grateful she was able to help in this instance and that she provided you with her contact information, which is also posted inside the unit for easy reference. Neither Evolve nor I have any records of missed calls or texts before your arrival, but we understand how stressful that moment must have been. We’re reviewing the communication flow to see if anything can be improved or clarified for future guests. Towels and washcloths were provided, and we’ll double-check to ensure that towel bars or additional drying options are clearly available and that these items are always stocked appropriately. We also noted Jackie’s observation of repeated smoke detector alarms and her efforts to check in with your group to ensure everything was safe. We appreciate your cooperation and following our checkout instructions, including placing linens on the floor as requested. Lastly, thank you for pointing out the lint in the dryer.
