Fabulous Family Rancher located on a beautiful corner lot in Somers Point. Only minutes away to the Ocean City New Jersey Beaches, shopping centers and easy access to the Parkway. The welcoming front porch invites you inside where you’ll find 3 lovely bedrooms, 1.5 baths, large family room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with deep freezer, hardwood floors, Central Air, 4 Smart Roku TV’s. Remove the sand after a fun full day at the beach by showering in the private enclosed shower and changing room located in the backyard of the home. Relax at night under the stars while roasting marshmallows over the backyards fire pit or fire up the grill to enjoy some wonderful BBQ !

Great location , good price , bad ac

House was great and in a great location, only complaint is the air condition was set on 78 and couldn’t be changed , with the oven on it got very hot in the house.

Convenient Rental

If the weather is great and you're planning on being out more than in, this rental would be great. If you get stuck inside more than needed, as an 8 person listing you're probably going to feel cramped. As another review mentioned the house sleeps 8 but the table only sets 4. I (as a person who brought 8 people) also felt that a larger seating arrangement (sectional) in the living room would also be useful with some rearrangement in that area to actual accommodate people relaxing in there. And we had to move one of the bunkbeds back a little as if the trundle is open you have a hard time opening the door to the one room. I know its listed as a queen but.......it didn't feel like a queen sized bed as someone who has one. I definitely think a smaller family would find it more appealing but that's not on the host as a negative just current schematics of the rental layout

Enjoyable place to stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. Location was conveniently located. Sleeping accommodations were also quite good. Couple of some recommendations would be to provide the same number of seats to eat as the number of people who can sleep there. Only four available chairs at the dinning room table and the house sleeps 8-10 people. Also add a few more pieces of cookware/tableware. Overall though, the house was perfect and a great alternative to renting a hotel room. Would happily stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

The property was just as described in description and photos but the pictures don’t even do it justice. Absolutely stunning. Everything you could possibly need is provided except laundry soap but the host notified us in advance so we could be prepared. We did not utilize the outdoor area because we were too busy but hopefully next time. We will definitely be booking again. Perfect stay and perfect host!

Vacation getaway

Property is nice and has plenty of room for a family to relax on vacation. Really close for convenience shopping and It is just over the bridge and you are on the island. Would recommend!

Great stay

House was modern, comfortable, clean and well kept inside. Owner was very pleasant helpful and responsive. We had a broken coffee pot and it was replaced within 2 days and a swim suit that was left behind was mailed back quickly. We will be back!

Convenient location to quick hop to OCNJ

We enjoyed the house, different than most rentals in OCNJ that have lots of stairs. Layout is quite open and the 3 bedrooms are in one aisle. A few things here and there to fix and touch up but overall a good alternative to OCNJ even if you have to take the car to go to the beach.

BayFest Weekend

A group of my family members, all adults rented the house for BayFest weekend, the house was very clean, perfect size for all of us, plenty of sleeping space, stocked with plenty of trashbags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The backyard was the perfect size, two of the chairs outside were broken, but we did bring camping chairs so there was enough seating. Location was perfect, and there is an ice cream place in walking distance, minutes away from the Bay, beach and good restaurants. Angelique was very helpful as well, check-in/check-out process was so easy. We would love to rent again!
