Welcome to Bear's Gone Fishin'! If you are looking to escape from it all, you have found the perfect place. Your dream 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is situated on a private peninsula in the River Run community with over 400 feet of waterfront overlooking Broad Creek. You will never want to leave! Enjoy spacious upper and lower living areas, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, upper and lower patios with dining and lounging spaces to enjoy the breathtaking and serene water views, private balconies from all bedrooms, and an expansive library and game area. Simply walk down to the private concrete hog slat dock which has space for a large sailboat. We average 6-7' of water at all times. Bring your boat and fishing gear, you might catch a mermaid! Or bring your book and just sit and take it all in. We have kayaks with a ramp launch area at the dock, or bikes to ride throughout the private and quiet neighborhood. A short car ride to Oriental never disappoints!

Bear's Gone Fishin' is truly a masterpiece. Upon entering the ground level, you are welcomed into an impressive, tiled foyer with storage and stairs or the elevator to access the second floor. Step off the elevator into the well appointed library with game table and flow straight to the stunning entertaining kitchen and great room. The water views will take your breath away! The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked (a chef's dream!) with 2 large granite islands, state of the art appliances, a large walk-in pantry and robust laundry room. There is built-in banquette seating for 10 around a massive marble table, as well as bar seating. The great room has comfortable seating to either enjoy the 65” TV entertainment console or step out onto the covered porch to admire Broad Creek and watch the boats and abundant wildlife. Enjoy the morning coffee bar with KEURIG or drip coffee makers and later relax in the afternoon with the 5 O'clock Somewhere bar, all nestled on the expansive marble bar that runs the length of the great room. The main level second floor also has 2 large bedrooms: a private primary wing with king bed, ensuite bath and a huge walk-in closet, and a second guest suite with king bed and ensuite bath. The first level family room boasts a 75” TV, game table, wet bar, and comfortable seating, as well as a full bunk/ trundle combo for overflow guests. There is a walkout covered porch with bar seating and a porch swing. The lower level has a large bedroom with king size bed and full detached guest bath. Two garages are accessible to guests, as well as a cozy home office tucked away that includes a seating area, TV, and two desk spaces for remote working. This home is equipped with 2 kayaks, a private dock with plenty of space to moor your boat, propane barbecue grill, outdoor shower, 2 beach bikes, life jackets, firepit and seating, and cornhole. DIRECT stream TV available on all TVs (total of 6), Starlink internet, and directions to use. Power and water available at dock.

Respectful guests only. Please be considerate of noise in our quiet waterfront community, noise travels far over water so please be conscious of our creek neighbors. No parties or events are allowed. Ample parking available, but do not drive or park on grass including marked septic areas. Please return all recreation equipment to its location in the garage. Complaints will be addressed quickly.
