Escape to Tranquil Waters, a peaceful waterfront retreat nestled where Ship Creek meets Broad Creek. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy life on the water.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather after a day of boating, fishing, or exploring the coast. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed and private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The primary suite also features a small balcony to relax and enjoy the views. Two guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds and share a full bath with a tub. There is a high chair and a pack-n-play, if needed. Separate laundry room with a washer and dryer provided.
Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch, with deck furniture and a hammock. Spend the evening relaxing on the spacious waterfront deck complete with a gas grill. Also enjoy the summer breezes from the swings overlooking the water. Bring your boat and tie up at the private dock, cast a line from the creek, or clean your catch at the fish cleaning station. (Boat lift is not included with the rental.) For your enjoyment 2 kayaks and bikes are provided. There is also a kayak launch on the dock.
There is an EV charger at the property, a Nema 14-50 outlet is provided for use with a mobile charger. Note-Mobile charger is not included.
