The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the beach. The huge table is conveniently located next to the kitchen and near the gaming! Great for large groups! Host was very responsive and accommodating for an early check-in.

great spot / location

this place is a few blocks from the beach. plenty of things to do in the area. short drive / 30 min walk from moody gardens. plenty of space for plenty of guests. well stocked kitchen and entertaining area.

Great place!

We had a good, the place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay, and the house has all of the sleep spaces and everything that we needed. I appreciate the host communicating through out the whole process especially with the personable phone calls. Great location too. I would definitely recommend that it.

4 stars in not exactly the right score would be more 4.8, the only issue was the master bedroom was really hard and there wasn't a mattress topper to soften it up but the host was real helpful letting us check in early and out late,very nice place to stay,would stay there again
