- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Please do not flush any feminine products, wipes or paper towels.
- Please be mindful of checking yourself for ticks when spending time outside. Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them.
- Kindly keep food in the kitchen areas and do not bring food into the bedrooms.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9pm.
- Please do not trespass past property boundaries, unit occupants will be liable for illegal trespassing
- Tents, yurts and other camping equipment are prohibited

Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.

Please note that during winter months, access to this property can be challenging. We highly recommend that you have a 4WD vehicle with snow tires for safe travel. If you do not have the proper equipment, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking during this season.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
