In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This newly renovated second-floor Kiawah Island one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa is just steps from the beach.

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with a beautiful entryway and the primary bedroom immediately to your right. It offers a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and access to the bathroom as well. The bathroom, also accessible from the hall, features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

Down the hall, you will find the living room and kitchen area. With plenty of seating, the living room provides a comfortable couch, flat screen TV and a fold-out Murphy bed to accommodate two additional guests.

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for four, as well as a Keurig coffee maker.

Guests may enjoy a morning cup of coffee, a peaceful lunch, or an evening beverage on the screened porch, located just off of the living room. A small table and chairs for two are provided, as well as two additional lounge chairs with a small side table.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Cable TV is provided by YouTube TV.

Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
