The renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities of a home-away-from-home. The dining area is fully furnished with a table that seats six — perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

The first-floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed, A/C, and a full bath located just outside the bedroom. Upstairs, the open loft includes A/C and three twin beds, offering flexible sleeping space for family and guests.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
