Das Anwesen befindet sich in der Gegend von Billington Village in Ocean Edge am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Terrasse bietet Blick auf einen bewaldeten Bereich für Privatsphäre. Unser Ort ist 10 Minuten Fahrt (3 Meilen) vom nächsten Strand (Ellis Landing Beach) und 15 Minuten zu Fuß (0. 80 Meilen) vom nächsten Ocean Edge Pool (Arbor Pool) entfernt.

Bettwäsche & Handtuchservice
Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden (außer Strandtücher). Gäste können gesponserte Gästepässe für die Sportmitgliedschaft im Lynx Clubhouse gegenüber dem Arbor Village erwerben.

Der Raum
1050 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche mit einem großen, ruhigen Hinterhof. Die Küche und das Bad sind etwas veraltet, aber zweckmäßig. Der Teppichboden und der Grill wurden in diesem Jahr aktualisiert und wir suchen weiterhin nach Möglichkeiten, damit sich der Ort wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir haben ein Queensize-Bett und (2) Einzelbetten, die bis zu (4) Personen mit einem Vollbad und einem Halbbad im Erdgeschoss beherbergen.
Wir bieten auch kostenloses WIFI, Playstation 4, Kabel, DVD / VCR und einige Brettspiele und Rasenspiele für den Strand.

Wir besitzen eine Sportmitgliedschaft im Ocean Edge Resort. Daher haben unsere gesponserten Gäste Zugang zu den meisten Angeboten und Aktivitäten, die uns zur Verfügung stehen. Nice quiet stay in Brewster region of the Cape. Great location to beaches and local attractions. My girls loved the Arbor Pool. Accommodations with plenty of space and comfortable for our crew of four.

Had a great trip! Beautiful location with wonderful amenities!

This townhouse had everything we needed. The resort is very quiet, with convenient access to the other areas of Cape Cod. The pools were large and the areas around them spacious. There was live music on many nights at the pool and at the golf tavern/restaurant. It was super easy to get to the bike and walking/running paths from the resort. We loved it there and will definitely return!

Can’t wait for next year!

We’ ve been renting this property for 7-8 years and we love it! Location in perfect for morning walks and coffee in the patio. 7 minutes drive to kids-friendly beach (we get a weekly pass at Town Hall, takes 5 minutes), easy access to supermarkets, great ice cream places, restaurants. Very charming town. This townhouse is very comfortable, and perfectly shown in pictures. Dining room living room area are spacious for several of us to relax and play. Bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and with a lovely breeze at night, at this quite end of Ocean Edge Resort. We can’t wait to be back!

Cape Trip

We enjoyed our recent family vacation at this rental. The host was great about responding to our questions. Home was clean and had the necessities for a comfortable stay for the week. Loved having a grill and patio for making some meals. Being on Ocean Edge resort property, the rental has access to the resort’s amenities and activities including the pools. It is a great, safe area for walking the property in the morning. There is no air conditioning, but the rental does provide fans in the rooms. We cannot wait to rebook next year at this rental to make more memories as a family!

Fantastic Property for a Great Price

We were beyond pleased with this property. As a family of four (teens ages 15 & 17), this was a perfect place for us without being overpriced. The condo was clean and a good central location to explore much of the surrounding area easily. Grocery stores and restaurants are withing a reasonable driving distance. We had plenty of space at the property without feeling crowded as a hotel room would have been. Also, the owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had and quite helpful with local recommendations for entertainment. Check in and check out were beyond easy...no dealing with a front desk or waiting in lines. Hint for those not used to traveling in the area (this was our first trip to Cape Cod) - it was much cooler than we anticipated, so pack layers. Also, local beaches require beach tags so research early which beach you are planning to visit as each town has their own tags and requirements.

The property itself is dated, but in a nice location and overall mostly clean, but not immaculate which you expect when paying a large cleaning fee. The front door was very dirty and there was hair in the shower that wasn't mine. The biggest issue was the check in information on the property listing and in the email sent to us from the owner was WRONG, which made for a nightmare checking in. Their listing needs to be updated and they need to be more diligent about sending accurate codes, etc.

Thank you very much for your feedback and as a result, we will make some changes to the deliveries of codes for the keyless entry, by sending a confirmation email with a response from the tenants, to ensure that they have received the correct ones. We continue to update our condo and even though is a bit dated, most guests are satisfied with the accommodations and each year we make improvements to the unit.

Nice place

The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up with clothes. Beautiful area with lots of different flowers. I had one meal at the Lynx restaurant and it was very good too.

Quiet family retreat at Oceanedge Resort close to beaches

We very much enjoyed our stay at Gonzalo's spacious house, Oceanedge Resort. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and quiet. The kids loved the pools, the tennis courts, movie shows and great beaches nearby. We highly recommend Gonzalo's house to families who love sports and outdoor activities. We know that the kitchen & bathroom needs to be updated, because it came with the original construction in 1986. This will be harder to accomplish right away, but we do have it on our list for major projects, as we did the carpeting upstairs this year and we are always looking to improve.

Out Dated small

This is a base unit built on a shoe string. Needs updating. Small. Grill is so rusted it is unusable. Lots of lights out. SMALL bathroom for 2 people. Back yard and patio are just a run way for the golf carts. Not enough toilet paper. Chipped glasses and dishes. No batteries in the remotes for the fans in the bedrooms. I could go on and on but enough is enough. We wanted to give a great trip to my sister in law who had never been to the Cape. Sigh. Very disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback and we have alerted the person that does our cleaning to update the items that you have mentioned, including toiletry, batteries and light bulbs. Our unit is a "C" unit at Ocean Edge, which is the smaller of the townhouses that were built at the time. It offers one and a half bathroom, which should accommodate two people during the stay. We installed new carpets this Spring and we work towards making some updating each year, as the budget allows us to. The kitchen and bathrooms do need updating, as they were the original installations, but they are functional and serve the purpose, while we are renting our property. Lastly, golf carts are not allowed around residential areas at all times, so I will review this with the resort, since this is part of our bylaws & regulations. We just got back and we loved the place! It's clean, has everything you need and is very welcoming. We stayed with two kids and the second bedroom was perfect for our little ones. The owner was very nice and responded very quickly to all my inquiries. Would definitely rent in the future.

Dear Gonzalo We wanted to thank you and your family directly and very much for your holiday house at Ocean Edge. We had a fabulous time in the Cape and will now for ever be envious where we hear about others holidaying/vacationing there. We have been to many parts of the world both in the States and around the world and for the ease and pleasure we experienced in the Cape, not many places come close to being as excellent a family and beach destination of choice. We love the beach and we love the cape! We are right in the middle of Cape Cod, close to Provincetown, Chatham, Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. Our resort offers everything that our kids love like pools, activities, bike trails and games, while also offer great restaurants, bars, fitness center, sauna and spa for the adults. There is no better place in Cape Cod where families can relax and have a great time together!

As Ocean Edge Resort Members, we have the ability to pass on guest privileges to our guests. Ocean Edge does require the names of the guest and a nominal fee to use the pools, fitness centers, tennis, bikes, aerobics classes and more. We will provide full details of these privileges for guests that inquire and certainly upon reservation.
