Cozy retreat

We loved our time at Lakeshore Retreat. The lake was beautiful and fun to kayak around on, the proximity to the beach was excellent, the beds were cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked. We will be back!

Spring Break 2026

Our family had the pleasure of renting a stunning home on the Oregon Coast for 5 nights during Spring Break, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal retreat for families with young adults and teens who crave both activities and personal space. We had a fantastic time kayaking, walking along the beach, exploring local shops, and savoring delicious seafood from the area. One of the standout aspects of our experience was working with itrip.net. As a smaller rental company, they offered exceptional communication and support. I could easily text them with any questions, and they consistently responded quickly and kindly. Without a doubt, I would choose to rent from them again in the future!

The property was clean and ready for us. The internet never worked correctly. The company responded when we texted and we had to troubleshoot for an hour to get it to reset. There were 7 of us in the house and we were all able to finally get on the home internet, but it would not load pages and was incredibly slow. If you need internet that is fast for work, I would message them beforehand to make sure it is fast and works well before your stay. The trouble with the internet could have been a one time thing, but it could happen often. The neighbors adjoined were very welcoming, even offering to share their watercraft with us. We made use of the kayaks and the hot tub, walked to the beach, through the neighborhood, to the Big Tree and sat outside often. In the summer you can hear the steam train whistle, crickets and frogs. My friends said this was one of their favorite houses that we have rented as a group of 7.

Vacation

My husband, friends and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Lakeshore Retreat. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We used the bbq grill to grill the steaks. We sat around the firepit and enjoyed a nice night out talking and laughing by playing cherry pit spitting contest with friends. The view of the lake was beautiful with the sunrise!

Nice and quiet

The only issue we really had was there was no hot water so we couldn’t take showers the first morning as the water was not working. She did come out soon after messaging and reset it but again on last day same thing happened other that it was quiet
