- The owners live on the property behind the main house and have a completely separate entry. There are no shared spaces within the house.
- For security purposes, there is a security camera mounted on the front patio facing the front door, front gate and street.
- We (the owners) occasionally use the front gate from the street to walk around to our entry behind the house, walking past the front house patio area.
- Quiet hours between 9pm and 8am are strictly enforced. If you're looking for a house to party in this is not the place for you.
