Great location with great view

Nice one bedroom condo with amenities located couple blocks from vibrant part of town but just far enough it is peaceful when you have had enough Miami Beach Life.

Amazing Trip

My stay at this property was Amazing! It felt like my own personal condo on South Beach. It was walking distance to everything but away from the crowded areas. Everything in the pictures are exactly how the property is. The owner was very nice and helped me with anything I needed. I would be staying here every time I visit South Beach and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit South Beach.

Lage Grösse ist ok. Leider macht die Wohnung einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Einrichtung ist hmm ok.

Strandnah mit Parkplatz

Die Wohnung ist ziehmlich schmutzig und sieht sehr abgenutzt aus. Vorteilhaft sind die Nähe zum Strand, zum Ocean drive und der eigene Parkplatz.

Rundum gelungener Strandurlaub

Die Lage war top, mittendrin und dennoch nachts ruhig. Die Wohnung zwar zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings hätte sie insgesamt etwas gepflegter sein können. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen gut zu erreichen. Besonders praktisch war natürlich der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. Alles in allem ein SUPER-Urlaub!!

My favorite place to go on Collins ave

The only problem I had is the beach next to place besides not allowing pets, you can’t Bring your cooler you have to buy all food and drinks from the beach people I like to have my own food and drinks so I drove 18 minutes away to another beach where nobody tells you what to do.

Perfect location, great property!

My husband and I come to Miami Beach often to escape cold winters. We have stayed at several places that advertised a great location and a great condo, but they fell short. This condo however was absolutely fantastic! Very clean, very nice interior. Quiet building with good security. The owner was incredibly helpful and very responsive for everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

This place is a dump. It was damaged during the big hurricane and never repaired. There are enough nice places in Miami to not have to stay here.

Old apartment that needs to be renovated!

I'm sorry to say that this place wasn't any good! It's really old and need to be renovated, the furniture in the pictures aren't all the same. It says it's for 4 people, but it's only a dining area for 2 people. It's so much that didn't work so I won't take it all up here, it will be to long... When we took up the different issues with the owner (VAL) he just said that we didn't asked when we booked so he didn't need to inform us. He only thought about the money and didn't care about if we were satisfied or not:( Like some other people said it's a hassel to check in, the ice machine is still broken (even though he said it was fixed) and the apartment and furnitures are dirty. The fire alarm didn't work either so the complete stay we sleep without any (since it wasn't fixed even if we said it didn't work). We wouldn't go back to this place again.

Great Location and Ammenities Clouded By Need For Significant TLC

We have stayed in this apartment for a week each of the last two summers. Its location on the beach, pool, and included parking make it a plus. However, each time we leave what sticks in our head is the major need for TLC in this apartment so that you could have a completely enjoyable experience. While you pay for cleaning service, the apartment upon arrival does not seem to hve undergone much of a cleaning. We found all of the towels and linens from the last tenant in the washing machine. On both of our stays our first order of businesss is to run to the store as there is minimal toilet paper and no soap in the apartment (not something you want to do after a long international flight). On our most recent stay the icemaker was not operational and there were no icetrays to make ice if you wanted. We found the canopener did not work only after purchasing food. As others have noted the linens and furniture in the unit (and the iron) are well worn and have seen better days. As noted previously we have stayed twice. The location is awesome and you are able to easily get to the beach and surrounding attractions in South Beach and South Florida. The building is very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool or would go days for showing nothing. You value the parking when you see the price of parking nearby. We would defintely consider the apartment again. But we hope that before we return this unit sees some well deserved TLC so that renters can truly enjoy their vacation.

Very good location!

Very well location and about 3 minutes from the beach. Nice equipement for a condo. However, the cleanliness was not that good; lack of maintenance: this condo needs to be repainted, you need to be very strong to open and close the patio doors. Storage of dishes and towels could have been better. Despite these inconveniences, we would return since this is a safe place and again very well located.

Great!

Excellent location, and great place! A couple small touch updates could help to make it more comfortable for a small family, but beautiful views with excellent beach and restaurant accessibility make it an awesome experience! Also, the owner is available and helpful!

Awesome condo close to beach!!!

Stayed during Memorial day weekend the weather was a little cloudy but the condo was amazing. This condo is equipped with any and everything you need on a vacation and the owner was very thorough upon check in. The condo is just a couple blocks from the beach and within walking distance to most restaurants and bars/clubs. Room provides an ocean view with large balcony and parking space in private garage to save some major cash while vacationing in Miami!!!!!

Great stay

That is our second time to stay in this condo in the last six months. The condo is well equipped, in a perfect location. Val is very caring and responsive. It is always a pleasure to stay in this condo and will always try to stay there.

Above average apartment, great location!

The view of ocean and location is great. We had a lot of towels, beach towels, and also beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach. There were a lot of extra blankets and pillows for the four of us, but some were stained. The iron we had was very old and looked like someone had previously destroyed it. The fridge and freezer temperature had changed automatically a few times and our food was getting warm and thawing. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would book again, we just all agreed that it had great potential but could use a little bit of a clean up.
