val was great to work with made everything go smoothly. our room was perfect. we were close to everything including dining , shopping , and the beach. you do not need a car, everything is walking distance . Great place for a quick stay in South Beach!

Great place for a quick stay in South Beach! Awesome location. Right by Art Deco Museum, Muscle Beach and next to Palace Hotel. Good views from the rooftop pool. Easy walking to the beach and plenty of food options. Great time!

Ocean Drive Room

If you are wanting to stay right in the middle of the action surrounded by bars and restaurants, this is the place for you. If you want a relaxing place where you can put your feet up and enjoy some peace, don’t stay here. Very loud and rowdy with music and screaming well past midnight every night. The room was nice, some delayed maintenance is needed, especially in the bathroom.

Same complex but completely different of what they show in images, basically another flat.

The place is full of small details that just add up. The refrigerator leaks, there’s a kitchen but no knives or pots, bed mattress is old, low water pressure and ALOT of noise (which they only let you know after payment)…. No cleaning unless you pay extra fee and for some reason they just keep bringing clean towels without taking the old ones so you end up with piles of wet towels everywhere 😅 definitely id choose a hotel. Staff is very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies we failed short of your demands. The only time old towels are not picked up is when a guest does not allow housekeeping to come in. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A simple phone call or email would have been enough to assist you further since we did not hear from you during your stay. Hope you had a great time at Art Basel Miami. Great except elevator not working

The room was nice and clean. It was as described and looks exactly like the photos. My main complaint that made me give a 4 star is the fact that the elevators didn’t work my whole stay. We was on the 5th floor and had to climb steps which was an inconvenience to me because I have a bad ankle. People should be warned before check in that the elevators don’t work and also be offered a room on a lower floor. 5 flights of stairs are a lot. Otherwise the stay was great

It needs some TLC and some extra attention to cleanliness.

I was disappointed when we walked into our place. I could tell right away this place wasn't clean. I could see crumbs and hair on the Floor. And the “cleaner” they used was SO strong. It was more like they went in, changed the lines, and sprayed a whole can of Febreze to give it that “clean smell” it was terrible. Upon further inspection, there were dishes in the dishwasher, clean, but I thought that was odd. I've worked several years in housekeeping of rental properties. Not only that, there were crumbs in the fridge, crumbs in the cupboard, along with bugs. I wanted to like this place, but as I said, it needs some TLC and some deep cleaning on a more regular basis. I shouldn't have to get a tub of Clorox wipes and clean the place to feel like I could stay. Towels racks or hooks would have been nice, and a dresser. There wasn't much space to unpack anything. This place has the potential to be so much better, and it wouldn't take that much. Just a bit of effort from Housekeeping, Maintenance, and property management. The location excellent is just a few steps from the beach, and some amazing restaurants. It was loud with there being a lively restaurant below. Not Family-friendly place.

Hotel junior suite in the loudest part of South Beach

THE ROOM This building is a hotel. The room was large by hotel standards, but more along the lines of a Junior hotel suite than a private VRBO. Very clean and comfortable. There’s a king bed and two futon sofas that flatten out to beds. The bathroom is nice. There’s a small kitchenette which was perfect for our needs. There’s a small balcony with a view of the air conditioning units on the roof of the building next door. Barely any ocean view at all. THE PROPERTY and communication The Air conditioner was leaking all over the bathroom floor. It took a few requests but they did come and fix it within about 12 hours. No problems after that. There was a $20 charge to check in early. The pool is a day club with loud music. Not relaxing. THE LOCATION This is what I hated the most. I’m over 50 and this apparently is the heart of South Beach clubs. There was loud music from 3pm-3am. Maybe my bad that I didn’t research the neighborhood more, but I did not read anything about loud club music until after we paid and we’re sent the check in information. I felt unsafe walking the two blocks from my car to the hotel. Tons of drugs being pushed and loud, drunk people. During the day the location was beautiful and calm. But after 3 it became filled with loud club music. It kept us awake at night. The beach was across the street OVERALL I wouldn’t stay here again based on the location. But if you’re looking for that environment then this might be a great spot for you.

Oceanfront Condo - Ocean Drive trifft's sehr gut

Das Apartment war schön und sauber mit stabilem Internet. Lage direkt am Ocean Drive und offensichtlich über den zwei angesagtesten Bars. Trotzdem war der Lärm - bis auf eine Nacht - keine wirkliches Thema. Man hört etwas die Bässe und spätestens um 01:00h ist Schluss. Wenn man wegen dem Strand und dem Nachtleben nach South Beach möchte kann man kaum etwas Besseres finden!!! Wer aber mehr gesamt Miami mit all seiner Vielfalt besuchen möchte ist hier falsch. Verkehr von/nach South Beach ist schlimm und Parkmöglichkeiten rar. Ja,es gibt Parkhäuser, auch nah an der Unterkunft, die waren aber ständig voll, mußte die ganze Woche immer in der 16thStrasse parken 5,5 Blocks weg :-(

Location is great. Property is not

The property was less than impressive. Found roaches in the fridge, bathroom door was broken, air wouldn't shift so it was freezing the entire time, and I requested more linens and was denied. Location of the property was amazing but that was the only positive thing about this listing.

crazy loud exciting atmosphere

never been to miami beach (or even florida) before. this place is right in the center of all the ation. not my idea of a vacation but now we know. even with all the late night partying we always felt safe and never had any trouble. the pool on the roof was awesome. also, the beach is clean, super close and beautiful.

The apartment was nice and very similar to the pictures. The host was easy to work with. The front desk lady was terrible and rude. The refrigerator had roaches and the toilet ran continuously.

Location, Location, Location

Location was everything baby we had a great time from the drag brunch giving me life to the roof top pool… Besides the linking fridge and shower we remained safe. This was my first time renting from this site I’m glad I did! I’ll be back to Location I couldn’t get enough!

Mediocre, you're better off finding an actual hotel.

So first and foremost, the staff is nice, although a little bit unprofessional at times. Secondly, my ENTIRE stay, there was no wifi available and the owner was not even aware until I called him. When I asked the front desk about it I just kept getting "were working on it". As for the actual room, its not as new/updated as it looks in the photos. The bed is not very comfortable and the pillows dont look too clean. The "cleaning" service is just someone who replaces the trash and switches out your towels and makes the bed ONLY if theres nothing on it. All in all, Im saying you are definitely better off paying either the same amount or slightly more for a real hotel in the same area. Speaking of the area, thats this places only saving grace tbh, its right in the middle of everything which is good. And because of its location, we of course knew that there was going to be noise from people and clubs however something that wasn't mentioned in the description is that theres a constant humming (almost like the sound of a generator? ) that is on 24/7 and it gets really annoying.

Good stay

I used Vrbo last year as well. I like my room better last year due to it having a sitting balcony. I was aware my room wasn't going to have one. Pictures are pretty accurate of what you see is what u get. Although the hotel is on Ocean drive due to the location of my room, it wasn't that noisy.
