We give this extra-large studio 5 stars! With plenty of room for four guests and a stunning view of the resort and beach through floor to ceiling windows, This condo offers resort life at its finest. Sleeping accommodations include a comfy king bed and a sleeper sofa with a twin pull-out bed. The full bathroom is complete with a shower-bathtub combination. Our convenient kitchenette offers a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink along with dinnerware and silverware. Perfect for making coffee and quick snacks! There is a coin operated laundry room nearby, and wifi is complimentary.

Luau has one of the nicest pool complexes in the Resort, complete with a waterfall, separate kiddie pool area and hot tub. The pool deck also has its own seasonal snack bar and often during summer weekends has live music. Luau also has a fitness center equipped with modern treadmills, stationary bikes and a weight machine.

The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on.
